POV: Marinette sees her ex + her old class when she is with her guy best friend

Before we begin... let me explain.

Marinette moved to New York at the age of 14. The Miraculous were never a thing. But she does have magic just like Wanda and some creation magic.

She had to live at Shield for the longest time due to her having to train and get under control of her powers. During that time she got to know Natasha Romanoff. They had a mother daughter relationship.

Soon Natasha got Marinette to move in with Tony Stark. That was when she met her best friend Peter Parker.

Although Marinette was homeschooled, people still knew her. That lead to her running into somebody at a coffee shop and ending up dating them for two years. Soon they ended that relationship when she was 17.

Nobody knows about how she is connected to the Avengers.

Now one with the story.

Marinette and Peter were just hanging out. Doing a whole lot of random things. Joking around... you know the things that best friends do most of the time.

Though they didn't know that a certain assassin was told to supervise them on their trip to make sure nobody did anything stupid.

Besides the point....

Marinette and Peter are now walking into Target. Why? No reason. Just messing around.

Marinette cackles at something Peter said while Peter just laughs at how stupid Marinette is being.

"We are literally acting like kids DESPITE us being 17." Marinette laughs.

"Oh my god! Look at that." Peter points to a toy that has both Marinette and Peter's alter ego.

"Oh my... that's AWFUL!" Marinette and Peter then burst out laughing.

"I don't even look like that!" Marinette says.

"At least they got mine correct." Peter chuckles.

"Ugh.... Next!" Marinette then drags Peter to a random aisle.

This time they are near the technology. They didn't even notice that Marinette's ex was standing only a few feet away from them.

"Omg... we should get a new phone! Or computer." Peter starts.

"No.... Everybody knows that you will just take it apart then make some weird robot shit." Marinette says.

"Will not! I actually need one because I um...." Peter starts.

"No way... you left it in your backpack! Which just so happened to be webbed up... HAHAHA." Marinette then starts laughing.

"It's not funny! That was like my 5th backpack this month!" Peter whines.

Marinette's ex, who's name is Noah, was staring at the two. If he was being honest... he missed Marinette....

Marinette looks at the computers. "Which one?"

"I don't know how good they are! They could be a rip off for all I know!" Peter complained.

Marinette stops.

"Is Nat supervising us?"

Peter's eyes go wide. "She is?"

"I asked if she is." Marinette deadpanned.

"Why would we need someone to supervise us."

Marinette just stares at Peter like he is dumb.

"Peter. We are two teenagers. One has spider like abilities and the other can destroy anything she touches."
