At Your Pleasure: Part 23

The next morning Lucifer, Loki, and Sigyn woke up tangled together. They opened their eyes as the sunlight seeped through the curtains which graced the bedroom window. They looked at each other without a word spoken. What would happen this day? The night before the three fell asleep staring at the ceiling full of fire works wracking their brains about what was to come next. What would happen after the demon invasion was resolved? Would they go about their lives separately? Or would they find some sort of happy medium where they could coexist blissfully? Nobody understood their connection. How would they be perceived? And did they belong together all three of them? Or were they destined to be apart? Questions swirled their minds. Sigyn turned and looked at the clock on the bedside table. It was six am. The residence of the tower would be just starting to wake. Steve and Sam would be already starting their morning run. Thor would still be sleeping of course. The Asgardian mass of muscle needed his beauty sleep. Tony would be making coffee for Pepper. Bruce would be in the lab typing away at his computer. And Nic would be doing his morning reading. But what of our trio? What were their plans for this confusing morning?

"Hi." Sigyn said softly looking into Lucifer's eyes. Lucifer smiled softly. A softer side to the King of Hell that only those closest to him got to witness. 

"Hi." He replied. Lucifer felt a shift in the bed behind him and felt Loki sit up. He turned to look at him and found Loki propped against the headboard with his head tilted to the ceiling. His eyebrows were knitted together and his hands were clasped together. "Thoughts?" Lucifer asked Loki. Loki looked down to him and shook his head. 

"People are going to ask questions." Loki said. 

"Let them." Lucifer replied then winked at him. 

"Now is not the time for playfulness friend." Loki retorted. 

"Friend? It appears I have been friend zoned as they say." Lucifer said with a chuckle to Sigyn and wiggled his eyebrows at her. Sigyn rolled her eyes and scooted closer to Lucifer. She wrapped her arms around him and inhaled his scent. She peeked over at Loki and saw an odd look on his face. 

"Just enjoy this. We can figure it out another day." Sigyn said to her husband. She then reached out her arm and beckoned him to join in on the cuddling. Loki groaned but gave in. He scooted back down to his spot and wrapped his arms around the two of them. 

"Quite the thruple Mr. and Mrs. Odinson." Lucifer said. Sigyn pinched his side and he let out a yelp. 

An hour past and the three decided it was time for them to leave the safety of the room and face the music. Everyone knew there was tension between the three of them but they assumed it was directly related to Sigyn's past relationship with Lucifer as Jennifer. Lucifer's past with Loki was kept quiet. Not because they were ashamed of it. But because Loki at the time felt like he was betraying Sigyn. The God of Mischief felt guilty for ever considering hurting the woman he loved. But he knew she had feelings for Lucifer as well. But Loki was and still is a prince. And prince's don't commit adultery. Even if the relationship is on hideous or one or more participants is losing their memories and lives a separate life. Special circumstances. 

The trio entered the kitchen and found Eve sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee. She looked up and smiled at them. 

"Finally." Eve said. 

"Oh please no. I am not doing this." Loki said with a scoff. 

"Nothing happened." Lucifer said defensively. 

"Oh I know. I would have heard it." Eve said with a wink then stood and walked over to Lucifer. She placed her hand on his cheek and smiled even wider. "But something did happen." Eve said and then slapped his face slightly. She turned and refilled her coffee cup then sat back down at the table. "Your brother left to go talk to your dad about where Asmodeus might be hiding." Eve continued. 

"ASMODEUS!?" Lucifer shouted and his eyes flamed and his skin flashed bright red. Eve spat out her coffee. 

"Oops. Did I forget to mention that he is probably behind this? Silly me. Well, would you look at the time? I better be off!" Eve said and ran out of the room. 

"Who is Asmodeus?" Sigyn asked Lucifer his eyes still bright red. 

"Only the most annoying creature to ever poison my presence! I should have known he was behind this! He has done nothing but defy me! Ha ha ha! I will end his measly little demon soulless body and send him somewhere worse than Hell!" Lucifer practically screamed. His smile wide and menacing. Loki walked in front of him and placed a hand on his chest. 

"Who is he?" Loki asked calmly trying to get Lucifer to cool his anger. Lucifer softened a bit and took a breath in. 

"The Demon of Lust and Anger. And the one demon who challenged my rule the most. I swear to dad if he is behind this I will destroy him and all who chose to follow him." Lucifer said. 

"So dramatic." A voice sounded behind them and Lucifer, Loki, and Sigyn turned around. There standing before them was a tall man in a all black suit. He had long curly black hair and stubble about his face. His eyes dark purple and he held a staff with a bright purple stone on the top of it. And before anyone could ask who the mystery man was Lucifer transformed into his devil appearance and his wings flew out behind him nearly knocking Loki and Sigyn over. He roared and lunged for the man. The man threw Lucifer to the ground and pinned him there with his shiny black shoe covered foot. He smiled down at Lucifer and then looked up to Loki and Sigyn. 

"Asmodeus at your pleasure." The man said then flashed a bright white smile.
