I was now watching Wheeljack with the youngest boy on giving Laserbeak's piece wings and letting it fly to the ship. I heard 2 of our teammates talking behind us. My servo held my helm up as I watched. I sensed a hand on the back of my neck cables and tensed but relaxed as it came to me that it was just Wheeljack. I sit back and lay against his white shoulder plate staying close to him. I heard a breathing laugh from him as I do so..... the silence broke as Raf started arguing with Miko. "He's turning into Ratchet." I say. Wheeljack agrees "You almost turned into me." I vent and continue watching them.

All of a sudden, the creation lifts off and flies off, nearly hitting Fowler and Jack. It flies around and then has a bumpy land. Rafael apologies and Fowler says some human term. Raf continues "I'm still fine-tuning Chip's remote." "Chip?" Arcee asks. Smokescreen asks "So we're gonna let this doohickey fly back to con central-" "and lead us right to Ratchet." Jack adds. Magnus says another smart remark "Since Soldier couldn't find that information out." "I'm gonna beat your ass, Ultra—" I interrupt before Wheeljack covers my mouth. He looks at me and shakes his helm "You were on a roll. Quit the swearing." He drops his hand and I roll my eyes to the sky.

Ratchet's Perspective

From what I heard over the intercom, Soldier had escaped.... He nearly killed Shockwave though which was seemingly hard to believe considering the scientist's strength. Maybe Shockwave allowed him? No that doesn't make sense.... Soldier is hated by Megatron's entire force.

I was being walked through the hallways, somewhere else, discussing with Megatron about the construction of The Omega Lock "Even if you managed to construct the omega lock, it is a mystic force. I've come to my senses. The notion of scientifically replicating its capability is pure folly; madness even!" The door opens and Megatron counters "But how will we ever know, if we do not try? And how can we not try if the means finally lie within our reach?" He activated a button and I saw what he had built. He had reconstructed the omega lock, and attached it to the bottom of his ship. "Just like what Soldier said...." I say aloud. He laughs evilly "Decepticon engineering. Great minds think alike. It will not take long for this Omega lock's drives to be fully operational. All that is needed to restore our home world, is the cyber matter to launch through it." "Which requires a stabilized formula for the production of synthetic energon." I add. Megatron smiles "I have every confidence in you, doctor." I think for a second, shaking my helm "I'll do it." I vent "But then you already knew that, didn't you?"
