Warriors (Wheeljack X Oc)

We continue our path and we eventually lose sight of laserbeak. When Ratchet is almost done speaking, laserbeak comes out of no where. "He's gone. Now we can go find Soundwa--- WOAH!!!" Wheeljack is quick to react and gets to shooting and chasing right away. Ratchet groans as he's pushed back against his seat. He really isn't used to this, is he?

As we are flying through the clouds, trying to find Laserbeak again, we come across this massive wall in the way. Ratchet screams in fear as we almost hit it. Wheeljack with my servos still under his, guides the ship, making it go vertical once more. We level out and Wheeljack continues shooting once he sees Laserbeak "What are you doing!?" Ratchet yells at Wheeljack. "Wheeljack? WHEELJACK!!??" Ratchet yells out as we continue flying straight at Laserbeak. I then kind of get scared and take my servos out of his then turning to face Wheeljack, hugging him tightly. Laserbeak flies above us, from what I could hear through the ship and Wheeljack zooms around again to find him. He hits him and laughs "Choke on that, con!!!" I sigh, loosening up and facing forward again. "You did it!!" Ratchet exclaims.

One of laserbeak's shots hit the ship and we start going down. I hold onto Wheeljack tightly and he holds me close to him with one servo, using the other to try and level the ship out, with the help of autopilot. I close my optics, bracing for impact and we hit the ground.

I'm not sure how long we were out but I woke up to Wheeljack and Ratchet knocked out. Wheeljack was the second to wake up, then Ratchet. "You alright?" Ratchet asks his friend. Wheeljack nods and breathlessly says "Yeah, I'm fine. how about you 2?" I nod my helm, pushing close to Wheeljack, still in fear. Ratchet lays back and sighs "I'm fine."

We go outside and see the damage of the crashed ship. I stand with Ratchet as Wheeljack looks closer at the damage. "Ah. Right thruster's fried." Ratchet argues with him "If you had pursued Soundwave as I instructed---" "His little birdie would still be pecking at our tailpipes." Wheeljack interupts him. "Well, we need to resume our search for the relic immediatley. Soundwave may have already reached it." Wheeljack sighs "The Jackhammers not going anywhere. You wanna catch that con, we need to roll. He stops for a second before walking again. Ratchet yells "Make up your mind, are we walking or are we driving!?"

Wheeljack stops for a second, getting out his swords. I do the same and I go around the other side as we gang up on Laserbeak's motionless frame. "Guys, keep your distance! Laserbeak is the eyes and ears of Soundwave." Wheeljack flips him over and says "Not anymore it isn't." Ratchet walks over and scans him. "Operating system appears functional but offline. However the crash clearly damaged its optic and audio receptors." He states. Wheeljack laughs "Guess someone's gonna need a new snitch." Ratchet implies "A minor victory and not the one we are here to achieve." I growl to myself as he walks away. I walk away but in the opposite direction.

I sit on a rock and eject my wings and see a ton of damage. Energon leakage, dents, bending, wires even sticking out of gashes. My wings must have tried to eject and broke. Or maybe its just the crash that damaged them. Either way, I don't wanna show Wheeljack--- Wait why am I thinking that!!! Why don't I want Wheeljack to see my injuries? Is this another feeling of--- I stop and cover my mouth. I rub my neck with my own servo but it doesn't go away. Why does it work with Wheeljack and not my own servos!? I stand up and walk over to a wall, letting the oil and energon leak out. I wipe my dermas and walk over to the rock again. I retract my wings and look over to see Ratchet and Wheeljack talking while Ratchet is kneeled down to Laserbeak.

I stand up and walk over to them as Wheeljack hands Ratchet a grenade. Wheeljack then starts walking away. I walk with him. "Where are you off to?" Ratchet asks us. Wheeljack answers "To buy you some time, and who knows, maybe to pick up a relic?" He transforms asks me "You coming with?" I step back a bit. "I-I'll run." I say. "Keep up." Wheeljack laughs. I roll my optics and he starts driving. I then run after him. I knew that running my whole life was a good idea. I'm quicker now and can easily race a bot transformed while I'm on foot.

Later in the drive and run, I randomly get lightheaded and fall to the ground. I didn't think Jackie would notice because he was ahead of me but I heard his pedesteps coming over to me. "What's wrong!?" He said. I stand up and grab my helm "I don't know. I just felt lightheaded and fell down." I say. He responds "Do you think it's from the MECH attack?" I shake my helm and say "I don't think so." Frag, this is about my wings...... I can't tell him... He'll worry. "I'm gonna go back to Ratchet. You go get Soundwave. I'll stay with him." I say. Wheeljack hesitates before sighing and leaving.

I stand up and walk back to Ratchet. "What happened?" He asks calmy. I respond "Wheeljack told me to come back because I got light-headed." He looks concerned "Why is that?"

I shrugged and then a surge comes into my spark. But the thing is, I didn't feel any emotion. Next thing I knew, I was running. I was running after Wheeljack. I started going faster and then eventually got to a ledge where Wheeljack held his blaster to Soundwave. I saw Soundwave's tentacle pick up the relic and start to hold it at Wheeljack. It's a weapon!!!

My pedes reacted by themselves and carried me over to them. "WHEELJACK!!!" I screamed out. "Soldier?--" I push him down and Soundwave blasts the weapon. I grab my helm screaming in pain at the loud frequency. I fall to the ground and Wheeljack tries to run to me before Soundwave blasts his as well. "Jackie....." I whine. I eject my blaster and hold it up weakly at Soundwave before he stops pointing the weapn at Wheeljack and transforms, flying away.
