Lilian

Two days till the event and Joyce needs to do last minute shopping so I went with her. She found a dress which was nice and elegant and simple it more light beige and is floor length and has two slits on the side.

She got some nude heels and then we walked out of the store I saw Dylan laughing with his friends I quickly looked away and calmed myself down as Joyce comfort me I felt like I heard something but it was probably my imagination we walked off to the food court and got a burrito after we eat we went and got our nails done to match our outfits. me and Jayden went our separate ways I was planning out my hairstyle and I'm going to do holly wood classic curls and a simple make-up look. I was so bored so I decided to revise then going to sleep.

Dylan

In two days my mums holding a Christmas charity ball, I have to buy a suit to wear because I don't have any so I went to the shopping mall near me and got a black blazer with all the basic things a suit comes with and I walked outside I saw my friends and decided to hang out with them we were messing about hitting each other when I turned and I think I saw Lilian I called out for her and she never answered. She's upset with me. I hope I can fix this.

Lilian

I got up and brushed my teeth did my whole morning routine and went downstairs and grabbed a granola bar and went back upstairs I had a while till the event so I decided to text Joyce so we can hang out till the event.

Knock knock

I went to answer the door to see Dylan

Lilian - so what part of this is " no talking anymore "
Dylan - I'm sorry Lilian I didn't mean too
Joyce - save it you can apologise later we having our girls day

Thank god Joyce saved me I thought I was stuck but Joyce come to the rescue and I closed the door and we went up to my room and had a mini spa day, then started with our make up I decided on a simple shimmer on my eyelids with a smoked eyeliner look then I bronzed and highlighted and applied a simple red lipstick. I showed Joyce my look and I saw her with a light smokey eye and contour and highlight with a glitter gloss. I curled my hair and pinned them up whilst Jayden did a messy bun. We then put our dresses on and heels then I took the pings down and sorted the hair strands. Joyce carried a mini side bag whilst I had my clutch and guitar my dad knocked on the door to let us know we are leaving.

Dylan

Joyce had to ruin the moment I could have had a chance to talk to her. My mum walked into my room

Mum- go get ready we'll be leaving in half an hour
Dylan - ok
Mum- oh ye these going to be a lot of people some you may know some you may not and a nice performance which you can help with your DJ skills *winks*
Dylan- okay mum

My mum finally left my room after a torturing lecture of my room is too messy. I got up and had a quick shower I got out and styled my hair a little fancy then I put on my suit with my shoes and I got my phone and left the room. I got to the car and we went off.

Lilian

The chauffeur stops the car as I looked outside to see a red carpet with professional photographers taking pictures and people walking around mingling with each other. I took a deep breath and climbed out of the car thanking the chauffeur for opening the door I looked at Joyce nervously as we followed my dad towards the carpet. Everyone started taking pictures of us and some people started talking to my dad I looked at Joyce nervously and smiled. We took some pictures and headed inside.

Walking inside I looked around the venue was a beautiful modern venue it was purple because of the lights there was a big chandelier standing out, there are people everywhere talking and mingling, the waiters walking around, there are tables where people are sat and some empty someone was playing on the stage and a bar I was looking around when I was interrupted.

Victoria - Billy and Lilian it's so nice to see you here and who might you be *looking at Joyce*
Joyce - good evening Miss Louis I am Joyce Lilian's friend
Victoria - oh nice to meet you, any way Lilian would you like to come backstage to set everything up
Lilian - sure Joyce and dad you guys stay here
Joyce - ok good luck
Dad- good luck sweetie you will do great
*Lilian smiles*

Dylan

I got to the venue and started taking pictures with my mum and Nate we then went in and mum told me to go backstage and help so I split up with them and walk to the backstage I went there and someone getting ready to go on stage so I set everything up for them and then let them start. I watched as they sang a love song why is it I've been hearing them lately??

I heard someone come backstage and say a beautiful figure who had a silk dress on and curly hair bounced as she walked towards me, I look to see more clear it is Lilian. I looked at her gobsmacked she looks drop-dead gorgeous. She looked up to see me and she frowned I guess she didn't want me here there was an awkward silence which I broke

Dylan - hey Lilian I didn't know you were going to be here
Lilian -... hey yes your mum invited me to sing
Dylan thought *damn mum what are you up to*
Dylan - oh cool what are you singing?
Lilian - a cover of favourite crime by Olivia
Dylan - that cool I saw your video I heard it gone viral
Lilian -...yep
*awkward silence*
Dylan - look Lilian I'm sorry I said that I just feel like I'm hurting you I'm sorry
Lilian - ye well already hurt me it *tears up*
Dylan - please don't cry it breaks my heart to see you cry I'm sorry I hurt you *tearing up*
*Lilian kisses him*
Lilian - don't cry
* Dylan smiles*
Dylan-I'm sorry I will make it up to you *smiles*

Lilian

The man who was on stage has finished his song and now it is my turn. I calmed myself down after the talk as I got my guitar out and looked up to Dylan he gives me a reassuring nod and mouthed "good luck you'll do greater"

I walked towards the stage and sat on a stool the mic was levelled to my mouth and I strummed the guitar and started favourite crime. I closed my eye and opened it and see Dylan he smiled and I finished up everyone started clapping I got up and went backstage to see Dylan.

Dylan - you did great *hugs Lilian *
Lilian - thanks *pecks him*
Victoria - oh my god Lilian you did great and finally Dylan talked to you he wouldn't stop listening to the song and sulking he definitely missed you
Dylan - *embarrassed* mum why you gotta expose me
Victoria - oops I did it again
*lilian laughed*
Dylan - you did not just reference a meme
Victoria - come on Dylan I'm cool, anyways let's get back to lilian's friend and dad they must be waiting for you
Lilian- yep

I smiled at Dylan as we walked back to Joyce and dad they hugged me and congratulate me Joyce wanted me to spill the tea as we were on the way back. I told them everything and they agreed to it being nice to Dylan as long as I'm happy which makes me feel so much better. I got home and took my make up of brushed my hair out and put it up in a bun, then I got changed, brushed my teeth and feel asleep I was so tired.
