"About the characters. Who are they and what should we expect?" Hyunjin asked
Is this some kind of teenage drama? The love and hate relationship they have. I think I am their number 1 fan and I will call them HyunIka HAHAHAHA.
"I don't have any idea about the characters but I am working on it" Aika answered
Should I give this a shot?
I raised my hand.
"Yes?" Hyunjin
"I was wondering what if the characters of her story is inspired in real life people? Isn't that better? We know what to do since we are portraying real life characters?"
"That's good but-" Aika
"I like your idea. Will you share us if you have someone in mind? Sit down, Aika" Hyunjin
Oh my gosh. This is my time to make my ship sail. Go for go, HyunIka! Let's fight this!
Aika lazily sat on her chair while I went to the front to explain about my idea.
"So I was wondering if the male lead of Aika's story can be our CEO, Hwang Hyunjin"
I can feel how mad and shocked Aika is. I even know that she is sending me death glares and curse right now.
"What made you think that?" Manager asked
"He is just so perfect for the character. I read the story and I am sure people will like it if he is the character"
Everyone seems to like my idea except for Aika who really hates my idea. I mean who could blame me? I ship them and I just want them to be together. That's not impossible.
"What about the female lead?" Manager
"I told you all, I have read the story and I am a fan. I know who is the best for the story"
"So, who do you think will suit the character of the female lead?" Manager asked once again
"It can be our writer, Moon Aika"
Aika's eyes widened as she stared at me. She is giving me signals to stop my nonsense. Hello? I ship you two. No one can stop me.
The moment I stepped inside this conference room and saw Hyunjin and Aika bicker. I knew it. I knew something special will happen between them. They look good together and I know they will be a perfect couple.
Also, I read her story from the beginning to the last chapter. She has a character named Hyunjin and I guess she is relieved now that he knows where she should be inspired of Hyunjin. I love her female lead too, and she perfectly portray that character.
I looked at Hyunjin's reaction. He is judt spacing out like he is not bothered about my idea, unlike Aika who is going to die of embarrassment.
"I liked the idea, Elara" our Manager said and smiled at me as he glanced at Hyunjin "What do you think, Sir?"
"Not bad but we have to ask our writer if that will do" he answered
"Your decision matters, sir. Your answer will be my answer in the end. So you have to decide" Aika answered
"Let's continue with that. Anyway, I will be staying in this company for a month or two. I don't know until when, so you all have to be ready and make sure to stay active at work. I will have to report to my Father what is happening here. I am hoping to get along with you all" Hyunjin said and stood up as he took his phone "Let's end the meeting here. I will see you all tomorrow"
We all bowed and watched him leave the conference room. Everyone in the room bowed to each other as they left us, so it was me, Aika and our Manager.
"You did great, Elara" Manager smiled and glanced at Aika "Let's continue with Elara's plan since our boss likes her idea. You will have to report the character today or tomorrow. Thank you both" he said and left
Aika sighed heavily.
"Cheer up! I helped you get over with the coffee accident. So are you down to have fun tonight?"
"You fucker. How could you? Why the hell did you suggest such thing? Oh my gosh. You saw how me and Hyunjin didn't get along. I swear you are putting yourself in danger" Aika
I laughed at her "Should we have a bet now?"
"A bet? Fuck off. I don't have enough money and I am not interested" Aika
"Money can be paid after a month. Besides, our bet will have doubled price. Are you in?"
"It depends on the thing you will tell me. What is it?" Aika rolled her eyes
"I know our CEO is your type of guy. A hottie plus handsome sexy boss. I mean who wouldn't think the same? Anyway, so the bet will include you and Hyunjin. I am sure there will be some romantic relationship that will happen anytime soon. That's my bet. What's yours?"
"There will be no fucking relationship whatsoever. We don't like each other and we fucking hate the fact that we will see each other everyday" Aika
"Oh come on! Don't be such a kill joy! You know how hot and sexy he is! You will fall for him for sure and you will do the first move"
"I will have to die first before that happens" Aika rolled her eyes
