Aika's POV
The cab parked in front of the company. Am I ready to go in? What will be their reaction? I know some of them will think that I am a gold digger. Fuck. Should I quit?
"Thank you" I paid the driver and got out
"Ms. Moon!" the guard called and gave me a smile "Congratulations. I've heard about you and the CEO"
"Thank you"
He bowed and gave me a smile again.
I rode the elevator to our office floor, I don't really feel standing for so long. I feel like anytime soon I will fall. I feel dizzy and uneasy. I don't know. This is crazy. I am not feeling well since yesterday.
As I got out of the elevator, I feel like it's weird that those from other floors were smiling at me. I am used to being ignored, but why the fuck am I suddenly receiving smiles? I hope they are not pretending to be happy.
"Aika, congratulations" the newbie said and smiled at me
"For?"
"For you and Hyunjin. You two look good together" he smiled again
"A-Ah, yeah. I forgot, sorry"
"I need to go" he left carrying some folders
As I walked to my work space, they keep smiling at me and bowing which made me feel awkward. I am not feeling well so I am not forcing myself to bow back. I will just give them a nod then smile.
"Last! Last!" Elara shouted while playing on her desk
What the fuck? It's 10 am and it's not lunch yet. How come she has the guts to play during work time?
"Ya! Why are you playing?"
"Why not?" Elara
"Stupid. What if someone will tel Hyunjin?"
"I don't care. He can go here and see what I am doing" Elara said and continued playing the game "Why are you here? You are supposed to be in Hyunjin's office or with him right now"
"What's wrong with you? Do you want me to go?"
"I resigned" Elara said
"What? Why?"
"I am taking over the company of Mom and Dad. How am I supposed to divide my time into three? Besides..." she looked at me and showed me her finger "I am engaged. My fiance doesn't want me to work under his friend or he will kill him
"I'm happy for you!"
"I am happy for you too" she smiled
"Is Hyunjin up-"
She looked at me "Sorry, I forgot. He left earlier, he is in a hurry. I thought something happened to you, that's why I have a lot of missed calls. I texted him and called him to ask what is happening"
"Guess what?" she asked
"What?"
"Yujeon's girlfriend is awake" Elara
"What?!"
"Fuck you. Lower down your voice, bitch" Elara glared
"Are you for real? How come? I mean I am happy for them. All of a sudden she woke up right after Yujeon's interview?"
"I don't know. I feel like she is already awake and doesn't want to tell anyone" Elara shrugged her shoulder
"Maybe. I'll ask Hyunjin later"
"I still feel bad for Yujeon. He will file a case against his own Mom" she whispered
That is crazy.

I am currently sitting on the sofa, inside Hyunjin's office. I am alone and I get to see the office properly. It's quite big and the view is nice. I guess he is chilling here while we are dying.
"Ms. Moon, he will be here soon-" secretary
"You shouldn't talk to me like that. I am working under him too. A personal assistant, similar work to yours"
"I still have to respect the fiance" secretary smiled and left
I sighed and looked at the table. He has three picture frame there. First is a pic with his family, second is with his friends, lastly-
WHAT THE HELL?! THIS PHOTO WAS TAKEN AFTER WE DID IT. OH MY GOSH. WE ARE JUST COVERING OUR BODY WITH BLANKET HERE.
"A personal assistant should be sitting properly, or should be in her work space. Don't you think, Ms. Moon?" Hyunjin asked
"Ya- I mean sir"
I forgot he is my boss.
"Can you get me a coffee?" he asked and sat on his swivel chair
He removed his necktie in one hand and opened the first two buttons of his long sleeves. He brushed hair to the back using his hand only.
I left his office and made him a coffee. I don't like the smell of coffee ever since, wait... I think I have tried drinking coffee before. I just forgot about it.
I entered his office and handed him the coffee "What else can I do?"
"How are you feeling? You said you weren't feeling well. What happened? Are you sick or what?" he asked nonstop
"I am fine. Just feeling uneasy and a bit sensitive"
"Ah, I see" he said and stood up
I lazily stood there and waiting for his next thing that will make me do. Argh. If only I knew I will be a personal assistant, I will surely continue my work as a writer.
He went to me and-
KISSED ME!!!
"What the fuck?"
"I think your kiss is better than this coffee" he chuckled
"Am I here for you to flirt with? How can you be so insensitive? Thi is work"
I don't know but I just feel annoyed of him.
