Dohee:"Kai."

I called his name, anger rising more and more inside me.

How could he...

Does he and my dad think that Miyeon is just a doll they can play with anytime they want?

He stopped walking not daring to turn around and face me.

This is not my brother. No. The Kai I used to know is caring and never intends to hurt the others, no matter what.

Dohee:"I thought you could never go too far but I was wrong."

My teeth clenched together in anger.

Dohee:"You're mistreating Miyeon Kai. If you divorced her...God knows what will Chiwon do with her...do you realize how much dangerous will it be to send her back to Chiwon Kai?! He will torture her Kai! Torture her! Then all of her plans of escaping will go to waste!"

He didn't turn around. He just stood there listening. How cold my brother has become...

I will never forgive Chiwon for making all of us end up here. I will never. He ruined my brother and my family along...

Dohee:"See...you can't even look at me...you can't face me because you clearly know...that what you're doing is wrong—No, it's a sin"

He looked at me from his shoulders. No emotions. Nothing was visible in his dark eyes except coldness and emptiness.

Kai:"I don't get it...you blame me when I want to marry her then you blame me when I want to divorce her, what do you want me to do Dohee?"

Dohee:"Free her. I'm not mad because you're divorcing or marrying her...I'm mad because you know you can free her yet you're doing nothing...you know that Chiwon is not the best option for her neither you are...but the difference is that you can free her...yet you aren't doing that"

My eyes softened, as I plead for him to stop this whole mess.

Dohee:"Please...please Kai..."

He kept staring at me, with cold eyes before he continued to walk. Ignoring me.

Chiwon:"I apologize about what happened. Miyeon was never this type of a person, I will talk to her and make sure she apologizes as well"

Mrs.Lee looked away, her hands crossed as her heel tapped on the floor in impatience.

Mr.Lee:"I guess all of us make mistakes Mr.Kim...all I need you to do is just talk to Miyeon and understand why has she done that...although we have treated with nothing but love and kindness"

Chiwon nodded in agreement, his face is full of shame. How dare she, he kept thinking.

Dohee rolled her eyes while her brother sat coldly on the sofa, not bothering himself to talk with Chiwon.
