Baxter Moreau was a self-proclaimed inventor and mad scientist, trying to bend the subject to his very whim. To prove his worth, he even started kidnapping random civilians and experimented on them. To escape capture from the authorities, he boarded the Titanic on it's maiden voyage, only for the ship to crash and for him to die of drowning. In Hell, Baxter continued his experiments, but eventually he ran into financial problems, causing him to associate with the Radio Demon Alastor to infiltrate the Hazbin Hotel for his incoming attack in exchange of funds. Now on the side of good after seeing the capabilities of the patrons and finding love, he stays at the hotel as Ren's fellow scientist and doctor's assistant. Also, he is smol.
