In the heart of the Greed Ring, there lies Loo Loo Land, a shameless ripoff of LuLu World, owned by King Lucifer. With a rivalrous relationship with Blitz when they worked together and an unknown history with Bendy, this robot bootleg version of the famous Hell entertainer Fizzarolli aligned himself with Alastor and his small army to reign chaos on the Hazbn Hotel patrons, which had gotten him locked up in the Helltentrium where he found love with Katie Killjoy. The two managed to escape during Zestial Morde's takeover, allowing Robo Fizz to sulk through the shadows, planning his revenge on the Ink Demon.
