Created from the DNA of Princess Charlie and Athena, Project R-0-0 or "Roo" as she calls herself, was created by Alastra and one of the DNA donor's twin sister Tannins to be a weapon to destroy Bendy and be the ultimate killer. Due to having a bit of base demon instinct, she has a tendency to hunt down and eat other demons to sustain herself.
