Katie Jones was a deceitful bitch of a news anchor in life as she used her news stories to ruin people's lives, only to receive her karma from an accident involving her falling down the stairs and snapping her neck. Now in Hell, Killjoy became head anchor of 666 News alongside Tom Trench. But with the rise of Charlie's Hazbin Hotel and Bendy causing Tom to embarrass her on the air, she now seeks revenge against the two and any other ally to the Hazbin Hotel, becoming not only one of Bendy or Charlie's more frequent enemies, but also the second biggest bitch in Hell. Recently, she had escaped the Helltentrium and had tried to seek revenge with a mysterious magic paintbrush she and Robo Fizz found. And in her flurry of Toon Envy, she transformed herself into a Toon Demon, only for this new powerful form to be her downfall.
