Co-Founder of Lyle-Loopty Robotics, Loopty Goopty (yes, that's his actual name) was accidentally killed when he and his partner Lyle tested a machine meant to stop or reverse the aging process, only for the machine to be set forward. A soul full of Envy, he hired I.M.P to kill Mr Lipton to prevent him from being rich. Due to complicated Heaven related shenanigans, Lyle was sent to Hell, only for he and Loopty to make up and repair their friendship, reviving their company in Hell as Neo Lyle-Loopty Robotics. Also, he's eccentric and he apparently has to do eccentric shit.
