Chapter 52 : T.O.P Begins! A Time-Skipping Adversary!

It is time.

Izuku stood over the roof of the U.A. building, the fight for the universe is just a few hours away. He overlooked the dorm buildings as he can see the class starts to eagerly preparing for the day. Izuku looked over at the school grounds as he sees various stands and performance locations set up for classes to perform later.

"This is for them, I need to bring my best for this." said Izuku as he then sees Jiro running out of the dorms for some reason.

Jiro quickly looked around, and then up into the sky, as she then frowned and slowly walked inside.

'She's probably looking for me, I'm sorry.' thought Izuku as he quickly flew off before she can notice him.

Principal Nezu watched from his office "Good luck, Izuku. I will be cheering you on." as he went to pick up his latest order of Hetap.

*30 Minutes Later

Izuku met up with the others at the lookout, the new Team Universe 7 is complete.

Android 17, Android 18, Krillin, Master Roshi, Gohan, Teinshinhan, Majin Buu (who didn't fall asleep this time), Piccolo, and lastly Goku all gathered up as they notices Izuku flying in.

The others all have Halos on their heads, except for Majin Buu. Like with Frieza during the first Tournament, these guys were granted the opportunity to fight again for one day.

"Hey Izuku! Ready for today?" asked Goku. Izuku looked at his hands as he nodded, determined to protect his friends no matter the cost.

Piccolo patted Izuku on the shoulder "You're brave, I commend that. Now remember to remain focused, you're one of our key players here." as Izuku is shocked.

"M-Me?! Key Player?" asked Izuku.

Gohan nodded "Yeah, you and Dad here are the wildcards of our team. So you must save your strength and not waste it away all at once.". As they discussed strategy, Whis, Vegeta, and Lord Beerus appeared as they greeted the fighters.

"Greetings everyone, I assume you're all ready?" asked Whis as he then remembered to tell Izuku something, "Midoriya-san, Nezu has contacted me to broadcast the tournament on his office so he can watch. So don't mind him if he come asking for questions.".

Izuku nodded as Shin Kai then appeared to join them "Good to see that you're all ready for it. Let us leave." as he prepared to use his Kai Kai to teleport everyone.

Izuku took one last look at the Earth. If they lose, this'll be the last time he'll ever see it again. The team quickly disappeared away as they teleported to the tournament arena.

*The Null Realm

Izuku and the others appeared in the stands as he looked out into the void, it's dark, yet mesmerizing at the same time. Izuku then notices the other universes appearing around the other stands, each has their own contestants and gods with various looks.

Then in the far center, sits a large throne and two small blue beings. The Zenos.

"Oh! Is that Mr.Nezu's universe!?" asked Zeno.

"Woah! It's Goku and his new Saiyan buddy! Hey Goku!" said Future Zeno.

Goku waved back as Lord Beerus got some PTSD of Goku's first meeting with Zeno.

"Midoriya, you'll probably feel slightly heavier due to the 'natural' planet of the Saiyans having 10x Earth's gravity. I brought it up since you were born on Earth because of a wish, but I think you're more than prepared." said Whis in a more serious tone as the grand minister then appeared.
