Chapter 69: In the trail that follows

*Izuku and Nezu are currently training in Gym Gamma. Also haha 69

Izuku, now in his Gi, is currently sparring as a Super Saiyan against Nezu. And might he say, no wonder the shippers weren't even trying to mess with Nezu, the principal is much more capable than he looks. Nezu is also surprisingly very strong, able to match the power of a Super Saiyan.

But Izuku could tell that Nezu was holding back dramatically, so he tried something.

"Nezu! Look!" said Izuku as he pointed at nothing. Principal Nezu turned to look so Izuku transformed into Super Saiyan 3 to strike. But Nezu casually grabbed Izuku's fist before slamming him over and onto the floor.

"My, I thought you were not going to go easy on me?" said Principal Nezu.

Izuku got up and laughed "Heh heh heh, you're strong. Guess I can't play around anymore." before transforming into Ultra Instinct -Sign-.

Nezu is surprised at the form "Hm? Why didn't you use this one against Tomura?".

Izuku got into his stance "Stamina issues, and I was already using Mastered Ultra Instinct." and charged at Nezu at full force.

The first punch nearly grazes the rat god, with Nezu dodging to the side and striking back. Izuku blocked but noticed the familiar style that Nezu is using. The rat god used his magic to trap Izuku, but Izuku flipped out of the chanting circle before it can hit him as he delivered an overhead kick to Nezu.

Nezu pulled both his arms up to block before grabbing Izuku's legs and spun him around to knock him away, but Izuku used the momentum to swing around and punched Nezu away first. But that was enough to confirm his suspicion, Nezu can also use the form as well.

"That's Ultra Instinct, where did you learn that?" asked Izuku.

Nezu brushed his clothes clean of the dust "Gods like me and Beerus came naturally gifted to use the crude form of Ultra Instinct, but unlike you and Whis, I probably won't master it. I got plenty of other tools to use." and showed off his dark magic.

Izuku decided to switch on the offensive and started pummeling Nezu with blows to try and break his guard, but the imperfect form of Izuku left a small opening that Nezu used to knock him away.

Izuku got back on his feet and immediately kept up his aggression, striking where and when he could. The most scariest part of this, is either the fact that Izuku can go on the offensive against the rat god, or the fact that the rat god can compete with an Ultra Instinct -Sign- user.

Izuku powered up to the full power of Ultra Instinct -Sign- and hit Nezu with everything he has, but the rat god activated a new technique that Izuku has never seen before.

Nezu pulled his arm back just as Izuku's punch flew at him and swiped back "Full Counter!", the impact of Izuku's punch is sent back at Izuku himself, knocking him back a good few meters away and also out of the Ultra Instinct -Sign- form.

Izuku slowly got up as he groaned in pain "Ow! Where did you learn that?", he sat up as he take a breather for a few minutes.

Nezu chuckled "Well, let's say that I've visited a lot of worlds. Now that you mention it, I should go say hello to Melodias after all this is over." before cracking his knuckles.

"Well, ready for round two?" asked Nezu.

Izuku got up and powered up to Super Saiyan 2 "Well! I thought you'd never ask!".

*Outside the training chamber.

Asi-san is currently overseeing the fortification of U.A. and the dorms. By upgrading the walls, the security, and everything else, they will basically have a giant fort for parents of Hero Students stay here to prevent them from being targets.
