A woman had woken up inside of a hospital bed. She had raven black hair, blue eyes, and a well developed young body. She felt completely disoriented. All she could see was a blinding light and an innocent little girl next to her with white hair and a small horn on the side of her forehead looking at her. "Are you ok ma'am?" the girl asked. "I...guess so?" the lady responded. A man with dark hair and a scarf around his neck approached her. He seemed like somebody who would normally be very sleep deprived, but for the moment, he seemed pretty relieved. "It looks like our plan worked after all, she's back. All thanks to you Eri." The little girl turned to the man and smiled slightly as he approached the lady.

"Wait, what's going on?" the lady asked. The man looked at her, unsure of how to describe what had happened, "Well.....you were fending off some villains in the war, and had gotten yourself killed trying to defend Yaoyorozu. She is safe, but you have been sorely missed. Luckily Eri here managed to bring you back to life, but I don't think she can do it to a person more than once." She looked shocked for a second, and then confused. She had no idea what was going on. "You do remember, don't you Kayama?". "Is that my name?" she answered. He looked very concerned and paused. He glanced at Eri for a bit, who also looked very worried and confused.

They walked outside of the room for a bit and talked to a nurse outside while Kayama sat in her bed, wondering what was going on. The nurse stepped inside the room to try to explain everything to Kayama. She looked very elderly, but seemed to know what was going on. "It appears that you are suffering from amnesia. When Eri brought you back to life, you seemed to have lost all of your memories of your previous life." Kayama looked worriedly at her. "What are we going to do?" she asked.

"We plan to let you go home for the evening, and then try to bring you back to the UA Academy, you were a teacher there. Everybody there misses you and maybe some of the students you had a close connection to can help you readjust to your new life or even gain some of your memory back." the nurse responded, "By the way, do you feel any pain right now?". "My whole body aches really badly" Kayama said, "Am I still feeling the pain from my death?". "I'm afraid so honey", the nurse responded, "but I know just what to do". She puckered up her lips and extended them right towards the bed bound beauty. Kayama freaked out, "AAAAAHHHHH!".

After that traumatic experience, the man with the scarf returned with Eri. He was going to take Kayama home. She felt better, but was still confused as to what was going on. As they rode the elevator together, the man talked to her some more. "My name is Mr. Aizawa, also known as Eraserhead. I teach Class 1A at UA Academy. Just like you, I am a pro hero. My quirk allows me to temporarily erase someone else's quirk. Your name is Nemuri Kayama, hero name, Midnight. Your quirk allows you to emit a gas from your skin that can knock people asleep." "Like some kind of succubus!" Kayama exclaimed, going from feeling confused to excited.

The elevator reached the main floor and the three walked out. "Now wear these sunglasses and this hat until we're in the car, we can't have people seeing you yet. Your death, along with the rest of the war, was heavily covered by the news." She slipped them on and walked through the waiting room. She saw a displayed magazine reading "Lady Midnight: Lost, But Not Forgotten". The lady on the cover looked just like her, but in a very skin tight outfit. "Oh my goodness!" she thought, "Did I really dress like that?". They walked out to a black mini suv, assumed to be Aizawa's. She climbed into the passenger seat with little Eri in the seat behind her.

Once the car started moving, the first thing Midnight asked was, "So, was my outfit really that...provocative?". Aizawa looked at her, mildly amused, "First of all, that's the first thing you're asking? Second of all, you should see what your first costume looked like. Third, and most rationally, your outfit is supposed to work with your quirk. Your knockout gas emerges from your body, more exposure leads to more effect." Kayama blushed in embarrassment.
