Gaster smiled... and knew he won.

He gagged, releasing a black liquid void from his mouth shivering in shock.

The familiar, tiled floor of the core room was under his hand.

He gagged and more liquid void left his body.

He was alive...

He'd escaped...

"What..." he said as he realized something.

That wasn't his hand, it was much too young and small. He pulled himself up, swaying in dizziness the edges of his sight darkening from exhaustion and his whole body hurt.

His Body was too close to the floor, why was he so short!

As he ambled to the nearby washroom, he realized she was gone.. but was she... why couldn't he remember?

His skull hurt too much.

Exhausted he got to the bathroom, leaning against the sink there to rest. Quickly he turned the tap on, using a plastic cup from a machine nearby to get the liquid to help clear his mouth of the void.

It was then he caught sight of his reflection, he dropped the ha;f full cup.

Click... sploosh

An unfamiliar face looked back, barely out of stripes.

"What the Funk..." he said.
