"Could use more plants," Asgore commented, Gaster snorted.
"More then likely, is Asriel still begging to see the new labs and core?" Gaster asked curious.
"Dying from curiosity, he definitely wants to see what his Uncle Gaster been working on for years," Asgore said slapping him on his back.
"I'll definitely show him the upper labs, not the final part of the core as it can be dangerous," he said thoughtfully, he rather liked being little Asriel's Guardian even if the Queen was huffy about it.
The Queen, was becoming... problematic.
There was talk, and unfortunately Gaster knew it was true that the Queen had human leanings.
She'd grown up in a village that once shared with humans, he'd come across her saying that 'poor humans' were clearly misunderstood.
For a monster, she was very yes human and seemed to dislike most monsters.
He wondered if she knew, that if she hadn't given birth to Asriel she would have been divorced due to her leanings. There was still much leanings that way, as no one were quite pleased with this attitude.
Hopefully she would stop, or she would probably be banished.
"I worry about him, children are so rare now... there are no children my child's age," Asgore softly told him. Gaster closed his eyes in grief, the monsters needed more hope to survive.
"Shall we," he said opened his eyes, pointing at the large computer in front of him.
"Yes... The long waited day," Asgore replied, with a grin he turned it on.
There was silence, and for a moment he feared they'd failed.
Then came swells of magic being released into the underground.
Laughter and cheers filled the air.
