ShadAmy: The Animal-Talker

Chapter 20

(Amy's Pov)

We find a small place in the village where we can hide from the guards that are patrolling the area. Shadow still seems really annoyed with me, but this is none of his goddamn business. If I'm getting myself in trouble I should be the one worried about all of this and not him. I understand Sonic getting mad at him, and he did. I got a lecture from him about how stupid and risky this was. But I couldn't hear Sonic talking at all, all that was running through my head was how Shadow acting towards me lately.

Rouge came running to us, stopping the lecture from Sonic. "It's not safe here" was all she said before going to others. Apparently the place we picked to hide wasn't that safe for us. We got our stuff and just as we were about to run and try to hide somewhere else. This villager opened the door to their house and told us to quickly get in. We didn't hesitate and rushed inside, hiding from the guards. They were all aware of us being here now.

Knowing our luck they will tell Queen Fiona and our attack will be harder to plan out from surprise. But I put all of those thoughts aside for now, right now talking to the stranger that helped us was much more important. We turn to a white cat with red blue ends. She smiles at us.

"You are from Mobius?" she asks in a very soft and quiet voice. I nod my head and introduce all of us, when I come to Shadow he gives me a small glare. He could really let this go. The female cat nods her head and tells her name. "Mia"

She lets us get all settled in her home, we put our stuff in one small ares to not make the place a mess since it looks very neat. Of course the boys start discussing what they will do and how will they get to the castle. To go unnoticed and not alert the Queen even more.

Meanwhile me and the girls join Mia in her small kitchen where she starts fixing us all a glass of water. We kindly thank her and she tells us how happy she is that we are here. Turns out the people from here not once tried to seek help from Mobius and other kingdoms, but everyone seemed to ignore them. She told us that anyone in the village here will be willing to help us, as long as we get Queen Fiona off the throne. 

"Don't worry we will do our best" I inform her, she smiles and gives me a hug. I hugged her back, I never knew things could be so bad here. These people asked for help for over a year now but no one helped them. 

I am happy that we are here now and soon we will end this misery for all of these people. We explaining how our plan afterwards is to put Sally on the throne as she is very nice and Mia agrees. Everyone here knows how nice Sally actually is, but she was trapped inside the castle with her terrible sister. Who in fact shouldn't be Queen. 

After the nice talk with Mia, we walk back to the living room. The boys have the table filled with different pieces of paper. Some writing on one of them, some sketching on the other and some numbers on the other third of the table. 

"I would say plan H is the best" I hear Sonic say but as soon as he did, Knuckles laughed and said how plan C was better. Then the argument between plan C and H began, we had no idea what was going on but it seemed important to the boys so we left them be.

Blaze went over after a while and told them to keep it down as they patrols that are walking by can hear them and then we will be in a lot of trouble. They did as they were told but soon the volume of their arguing grew louder again. Before Blaze had the chance to quiet them down again, the door of the house was kicked open. We all turned our attention to the person standing by the door.
