Chapter 12

(Amy's Pov)

"Hey don't worry, we are here to help" I said as I sat beside her, giving her a smile.

"Well...okay" Sally said....I think that was her name anyway. As she sat up, and places her hands on her knees.

"Ehh...what happened to you?" asked Ariana, I guess she wanted to make sure what has happened.

"If I say, what happened and why....you might hurt me or kill me" she said, as tears went down her face. I come closer and give her a hug. She gladly returned one, crying on my back.

"Well, I kind if saw what happened.....Princess Sally" said Ariana, as she wanted to let her know that we know who she is, and yet still helped her.

"Y-you did?!" she asked petrified, she must of thought we will hurt her. I feel so sorry for her.

"We won't hurt you" Said Shadow, as if he read my mind. I took a glance of him, he had his arms crossed. His eyes at his feet.

"Thank you!" Sally said, much happier. She give us all a big smile, and all of us but Shadow returned it.

I went into the kitchen and started preparing some food for all of us to enjoy. I thought that maybe some cheese pizza and some pepperoni pizza would do nice, so that was the thing I was making.

I got all of the ingredients that I needed, and started to make the food. I saw Sonic come in with corner of my eye, he comes closer and looks at me puzzled.

"Pizza" I say, as he mouths 'ohh'. For some reason he stays here and doesn't go back to the living room. "What is it?" I ask him.

"Have you realised how close Princess Ariana and Shadow are?" he asks me, as if leading to something.

"I don't see anything unusual" I say, as I get back to the food. Right now I was cutting pepperoni.

"I think Shadow has a crush on her" Sonic whispers, as he came slightly closer. I don't know why but it made me a little mad.

"You really think so?" I ask him, as I take a small peak into the living room. I noticed Princess Ariana beside Princess Sally, and Shadow leaning on the wall. Not far away from them.

"Doesn't seem like it" I finish looking over at them and get back to cutting pepperoni.

"If not a crush then something else is going on" I heard Sonic say before he went back to them.

After I was finished with the food. I took the pizzas on a tray, and five plates as well. I also took a knife, so we can cut the pizza.

"Woah, that smells great!" I heard Ariana say, as she came closer to the table.

When we all sat down, I saw Ariana and Sally overjoyed with the food in front of them. Me, Sonic and Shadow had a shocked expression on our faces.

"Hehehe, sorry....I just don't get to eat this stuff. You are so lucky!" Ariana said, as she took a slice of pepperoni pizza.

"I hardly got any food" I heard Sally say under her breath. Poor girl.

After the both pizzas were finished, we went back to the couch, and sat down with our stomachs full.

"Where will you stay?" asked Sonic, as he sat down beside Sally. To which she shrugs.

"You can stay here" I heard myself say, Sally looks at me happily while Sonic looks with a shocked expression. "We have room" I say, as I think of where she can sleep.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Sally said over and over again, while giving me a hug.

-Later-

When the late night started coming, Ariana and Shadow left. I was looking out my window, maybe Sonic was right. They do seem really close.

"I hate to be a bit mean, but I am really tired....where can I sleep?" Sally asked, as she came closer to me.

I was standing there, we don't have a spear bedroom. And it will be rude if I said that to her, I could say she could sleep on the couch.... but that would be rude as well....maybe she can sleep in my bed, I can sleep on the couch. I have slept there before, it not that bad.

"Follow me" I say, as I lead her to my bedroom. She was about to say something but I handed her a pyjama. "Bathroom is next door" I say before walking out.

"Giving up your bed?" I heard Sonic ask, as he was getting ready for his.

"Yeah, it would be rude to say sleep on the couch...plus it has blood on it, not so pleasant." I say, as I get a blanket and a pillow out the cupboard.

"It unfair on you as well" Sonic argues back, he won't let it go.

"I hate to be rude, and I am just trying to show some good hospitality." I argue back, as I see Sally come out.

"I don't want you two to argue, I don't mind sleeping on the couch" she said, her smile faded. She had a innocent look in her eyes.

"No it's okay Sally, I be fine sleeping on the couch...slept on it before" I say, as she fakes a smile and goes back to my bed.

"I can't let my sister sleep on some old couch" Sonic said, before I could say anything else. He takes the blanket and pillow out my hand. " take my bed" he said, as he went to the couch.

"...thanks" with that I went to his bedroom and fell asleep in Sonics bed. It's good to have a caring brother, I have no idea what I would do without him.
