ShadAmy: The Animal-Talker

Chapter 3

(Normal pov)

Knuckles and Tails took Sonic back to the castle the next day, as he was feeling better. They said their bye's to Amy, before going back. As they were out of sight, Amy ran deeper into the forest. She loved going in there, especially to the chao lake or the field full of flowers.

She adventured into the field full of flowers, most of the time she would watch the stars at night or dance. But today she went to pick some flowers for her new vase.

As she was nearly done picking the flowers, she heard a noise coming from the trees. She got up and looked around. She found nothing at all, she picked up 3 more flowers before starting to head back.

As she was walking back, she heard the noise again. This time a man in a black coat and mask jumped out, Amy screamed. The man was approaching her, she had no idea what to do. She dropped the flowers and looked for a weapon.

She noticed the man getting closer, he stepped over her flowers, which made Amy a bit mad. Then he hit a little bunny, that it looked dead. Amy had a caring heart, and seeing someone hurt a little animal like that made her mad.

Out of nowhere a hammer appeared in her hand. She was a bit shocked, but used it against the man. She hit him really hard in the face, making him back out.

Then she dropped the hammer, as soon as she did it disappeared. Amy walked over to the bunny, she picked it up and took it home. She didn't realise that there is an owl following her.

She took care of the bunny, until it felt better. Which was under 3 hours, then she let the bunny go back into the forest. Then an owl flied in her house, Amy looked over to where it landed. It was on her couch.

"Hello Amy" it said, to which Amy only jumped. Being terrified, she got a knife out of the kitchen.

"You...you can talk!" she shouted, having a strong hold on the knife.

"No Amy, you are a Animal-Talker" the owl said, as it flew closer to Amy.

Amy backed away, then said "Me a Animal-Talker....there is no way!"

"Yes you are Amy, the descendent of Jace Rose. The first Animal-Talker. You can also summon a piko-piko hammer, that you just did on that mean man." The owl said, Amy placed the knife down.

She went over to the owl, as it started explaining the history of Jace the Animal-Talker and Melphiles the King of Acorn Kingdom.

As the owl finished, Sonic came back. As soon as the door opened, the owl flied out the open window. Amy just went up to her brother and hugged him, like she usually does.

Sonic went over to the kitchen to find no food, he looked over at his sister. She walked over, she was lucky there was soup left over, because otherwise Sonic would ask her what happened. Because there was always food ready for when he came back.

As the soup heated up, Sonic went for a little run. While Amy kept thinking about what the owl said, and who she said Amy is.

As Sonic came back, Amy was already eating her soup. Sonic joined his sister, they talked about everything that happened for the past while. But Amy didn't mention what happened in the forest or what she found out she can do.

The owl told her to keep it a secret for now, and she was alright with it. She didn't really want to tell Sonic this, because she knew he wouldn't believe her and just laugh.
