"Ah fuck," I mutter as I stand up straight and struggle to breathe.

Sam wanders in and furrows his eyebrows at me, "you ok?"

I shake my head, no, my back has been a mess for about a year now cause I fell off a balcony and fucked it up. So now every so often it decides to flare up and today is that day.

"My backs acting up again," I reply, holding where it hurts.

Sam gives me a sympathetic smile and approaches me, placing big hands on my back and ribs and softly but also somehow firmly, rubs the spot where it's sore as I lean into his touch.

"Fuck that's good," I whisper to Sam, my mouth hangs open in pleasure.

"Yeah?" Sam chuckles as a whimper comes from my lips.

"Mhm," i nod.

I lean my head back and look Sam in the eyes as he smiles brightly at me and chuckles to himself at my reaction.

"You got a physiotherapist to go to, baby girl?" Sam asks me.

I nod my head and pull out my phone to make an appointment while Sam continues to massage me.

"Booked for tomorrow at 11am, thanks again Sam," I say as I hang up and Sam continues but at a slower and gentler pace.

Dean waltzes in and stops mid step and Cas walks right into his back.

"What's happening here? No about to go at it on the table I hope," Dean comments.

I roll my eyes, "No Dean, my back was aching and Sam was massaging it."

"Sure..." Dean says suspiciously.

Cas approaches me as Sam leaves my back, "Do you need me to heal you?"

"I appreciate the sentiment Cas, but this is an ongoing issue, I've booked something to help, thank you though," I smile. "How about you join me at the appointment?"

"You don't want Sam to accompany you?" Cas asks with a head tilt.

"Well yeah, but he can skip this one, I'm taking you with me so you can see what's goin on," I reply, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Cas smiles and nods and walks past me to the brothers. I head off to my room and lay down on my bed, back still sore but a little better.
