A/N Okay, sooo, this is a College!Sam fanfic but I added him doing a visual designs course cause I feel like if he didn't do law he might have done that - or done it as a side hobby - also I've set it in present day but Sam is still 22, that's solely cause I don't know jack shit about how visual design courses worked in the naughties 😅
That damn smile....
I lock eyes with Sam and he gives me that sweet smile that makes me smile in response no matter what mood I'm in.
I take a seat next to Sam and he wheels his chair over to mine and he sits right against me as he starts to talk about whatever weird thing his brother came back from.
"He said that there was a vampire and him and dad killed it and there was so much blood and-" Sam rambles.
"Sammy, chill, it's first in the morning, I still need to finish my coffee before you start talking about the supernatural," I say with a laugh.
"Sorry, my bad," Sam says giving me his soft smile once again.
"Ew, what are you doing talking to this bitch?" A female voice from behind us says.
Sam and I spin around to see one of the popular girls standing behind us giving me a death glare before she looks at Sam and gives him bedroom eyes.
"She's my friend, why wouldn't I talk to her?" Sam asks as he places a hand on my thigh and I jump slightly.
It's safe to say that I have a crush on Sam Winchester, whether it's reciprocated is hard to tell, he's not exactly a confident person, neither am I realistically but I make do.
"Because she's ugly, don't you want someone who's more attractive?" The girl says as she practically sits in Sam's lap.
He tries to push her off but she just wraps her arms around his neck and plays with his hair. He looks at me for help and I just laugh and shrug, standing by to help if she does actually decide to kiss Sam.
"Look, I don't really care about looks, she's nice to me," Sam says looking at me the whole time.
"Ugh, as if, you seriously don't want me?" The girl whines as she stands up and pulls her top down to show her boobs.
Sam looks her dead in the eye and gives a mischievous smile, "No."
She sighs heavily and walks back to her group as Sam returns to talking to me, his body once again nearly right against mine as we continue our conversation about his family's recent trip. I believe Sam when he says the supernatural exist, I'm surprised he told me when he said it was a huge secret, but nonetheless I listen to all the stories he comes back with every couple days or weeks that he hears from his brother. Sam has never really shown an interest in following his brother or father's footsteps, which is evident considering he's sitting next to me in a visual arts class. Something that couldn't be further from his family's business of hunting monsters.
