"What in the hell is happening?" I heard a voice shout, as I slowly opened my eyes from my sleep. Sting, Rogue, Yuki and Orga were present in the room in front of me. "What's happening?" I asked, as I felt the inn move. Feeling my stomach get the better of me, I ran to the window and puked. As I looked outside, I saw countless of other buildings float up to the sky like ours.

The building stopped moving, and my sickness subsided. I looked behind me to see Sting and Rouge clutching their stomachs in disgust. "What the hell was that for?" Sting yelled, as he got back up from the floor.

"Welcome to this year's grand magic games!" I heard a voice yell, looking into the sky. Looking out of the open window, clutching my stomach, a hologram of a man appeared in the middle of the sky. This man was dressed up with a costume head of a giant pumpkin, wearing a striped shirt with white cuffs, a black shirt underneath, a dark cape with white edges and white underside, a pair of white pants, white boots, white gloves, and a dark witch-like hat.

"As you can see, this year there were a lot of guilds participating in the games, 108 to be exact," the mascot yelled, as my body recuperated from my motion sickness

"As you can see, this year there were a lot of guilds participating in the games, 108 to be exact," the mascot yelled, as my body recuperated from my motion sickness. "So we've decided to play a little game called Sky Labyrinth!" he said, as I played with my finger nails. "The top eight teams to make it to Domus Flau will get to participate in the grand magic games!" He continued, as I sighed. "However, all team members must make it to the end otherwise the team will be disqualified."

As I looked at the room, I saw that only four members stood in front of me. "Where the hell is Rufus?" Sting questioned, brushing his fingers through his hair. "Not sure," Yuki squealed, as Orga let out a small roar.

"Magic is allowed and we take no responsibility for any deaths," the mascot smiled maniacally. "That's good news then, since Rufus isn't here, I guess I get to participate in the games," I laughed, feeling my body get cold from anticipation.

"You can start in 3,2,1 go!" he yelled, as I jumped out of my window into a path that led to a huge circular maze. I started running, Yuki, Sting and the others following me. I saw other guilds running into the labyrinth first. Damn. I thought, as we finally reached the metal sphere , probably in fifth or sixth place.

"Come on, we're behind," I complained, as the others caught up with me. "Look, there's another guild," I said, as I saw a guild with pitch black clothing on. "Hey losers!" I yelled, as the people scowled at us.

"We're not losers," one of them yelled at me, throwing two swords at me. I giggled softly, opening my eyes, freezing the swords and breaking them into pieces. "Are you trying to pick a fight?" I smiled, laughing with a crazy smile. "Ice dragon's diamond fist!" I yelled as ice formed on my fist, as it hit three out of five of the guild members. As they went, flying, I smiled to myself.

"She's a monster!" the other two members screamed. "Want to do a unison raid Sting?" I asked the blonde haired dragon slayer, who looked at me with an evil smile. "Sure," he said, as he stood next to me. "Holy Ice dragon's White Claw!" we both yelled in sync, as a light blue, white orb of magic threw itself onto the two remaining members. I looked at their faces, a look of shock and I smiled to myself, as the orb hit them. They went tumbling out of the labyrinth and when they fell, I felt the labyrinth move.

As I fell, I held Sting's and Rouge's hands, and when the building stopped moving, I saw a little red door, in front of us. "What happened?" I groaned, as the man who announced the games came out of the door. "Congratulations," the pumpkin mascot said, as we entered the come. "Congratulations on getting first place," he smiled, as I looked over at the other Sabertooth members, with a mixture of pride, and happiness on my face.

"Now if you would please wait here," the pumpkin man said, showing us to a small room with five beds, and a sofa. As I sat down on the sofa, I wondered whether I would still be in the games tomorrow or not. If Rufus comes back, then I won't be able to participate.

"You're part of this group," Sting said, as he held my shoulder. "We'll just have to switch you out with Rufus or something, but you have to participate in the games."

"Alyssa - san, if you want to participate, I don't have too," Yuki said shyly as I smiled. "No," I said standing up. "I promised you, if Rufus comes back, I'll switch with him or maybe you, but we'll have six members," I said smiling, as I sat back down.

"Six members," I thought. "Is that even allowed?"
