The Last Warrior Princess - Chapter 15 - The Garou Knights

"Lexi come on, let's go," I whispered, seeing many guards surround the area. "Who are you?" I heard a gruff voice say as I turned to my back seeing a dozen of guards. "Let's do this Lexi," I whispered, the exceed transforming into her human self. "I summon thee! Guards of Peril! Kiken'na uragiri!" she shouted, as eight - ten soldiers appeared from nowhere. "Thanks for the back up," I smiled at her, as the castle soldiers looked at us in shock. "But I don't think we'll be needing it," I giggled, feeling the cold air carress me. 

"Ice dragon's wing attack!" I said, feeling ice coat my arms, as I slammed the guards down with the spell. A dozen went flying, and Lexi took the rest out with her guards and her combat abilities, which we both learned at Sabertooth. 

"Quick, they're demons!" I heard a guy yelled as I aimed a roar at him, as a dozen guards ran away. "Call for back up!" They yelled, as they ran. "We should run!" I shouted, running before the guards brought back up because they were a complete pain in the butt. 

As I ran, right next to Lexi who had transformed back into a cat to save magic power, I was surprised as the floor flipped over. "S**t!" I shouted, as I felt myself falling through the open floor. "Lexi!" I shouted, adjusting my eyes to try to hold my friend's hand. "We'll be fine," she smiled at me, as I landed on a hard floor. 

"Welcome to your permanent holding cell," a voice exclaimed, as I looked around me. "I hope you enjoyed our special trap for criminals like you," the voice snickered. "This is the Abyss Palace, the palace of death," she said as I looked to see many skulls surrounding me. A large lacrima appeared in front of me and a girl with emerald green hair and dark green eyes was staring at me with ultimate distaste. 

"Not a single person has survived, and I doubt you won't be the same," she said as the lacrima slowly disappeared. "Wait!" I shouted, but the girl in the lacrima didn't hear me. "She's gone," I sighed, looking over to Lexi. "What should we do?" I asked her, as she looked at me with a tired smile. 

"I know what you should do," I heard an unfamiliar voice appear behind me. "You should play with me," it giggled as I turned around to see a young girl with black hair tied in pigtails, and she was wearing a light purple dress with sleeves and heels. 

"Who the hell are you!?" I shouted, annoyed at the girl. "I am called Sapphire," the girl said creepily as she threw a flame ball at me. "Fire magic?" I thought, as I refrained Lexi from butting in. 

"What do you want with me?" I asked her, as she giggled, making my hair stand on end. "Oh, well, you wouldn't want to know," she giggled, stopping, but continued to see my shocking face. "Her highness has asked me and the other knights to exterminate the criminals."

"I'm not a criminal!" I shouted, pouting, as plants started growing around me, but I dodged them quite easily. "This will be over quite quick, so try to have fun," she smiled at me, as she muttered something under her breath, and snow started to fall from the ceiling, until the palace seemed to be covered in snow. 

"C-cold," I heard Lexi whisper, as I giggled. "This is nothing for me," I giggled, taking off my hood, and attacking the stranger. "Ice dragon's roar!" I yelled, as a large breath of ice came out of my mouth. "A ice wizard huh," she laughed, as she melted my roar with the fire. "How," I panted, surprised that such a weak fire spell was able to defeat my roar. 

"Now, this will be easy meat," she laughed, as plants started to grow around me and attack me. Dodging them swiftly, I realised that she held Lexi within her plants. "Stop!" I yelled, as flashbacks of fighting next to Lexi appeared in front of my eyes. "Ice Dragon's Sword Horn!" I shouted as I became encased in ice, hitting her with a headbutt, sending her flying up in the air with a pillar of ice produced from my body. "How dare you?" she shouted, as leaves started to fall on top of me. "Water Wave!" she said, as I felt a wave of water attack me. The water washed away the snow and I felt a large gash appear on my arm. "Ice dragon's healing hand," I whispered as the wound on my arm healed. "How did the wave not hurt you!"the young girl shouted. 

"Ice Fury!" she yelled, as a storm filled with an ice blizzard. "Lexi take cover!" I shouted, as I protected her with a shield, while eating the snow from her magic. "Well thanks for the cold meal," I giggled. "What is this magic power?" I heard her stutter as I laughed. "It's the power of a dragon!" I said as I hit her with all I got. 

"Ice Dragon's Ice Servants!" I shouted, as I clapped my hands together creating winged dragons made out of ice which attacked Sapphire, the witch falling down like a child falling off a bike. "That was tiring," I sighed, slipping my hood back on wondering how I went on dragon force so easily.

"Great job," Lexi congratulated me, her body warm again as the snow around us melted, after I defeated my opponent. "Wait! I can feel Natsu's scent from over there!" I whispered, as I put my head towards a wall. 

"Really?" she asked as I nodded, thinking hard. "How are we going to get there though?" I thought, as Lexi laughed. Transforming into a human - cat, she looked at the wall in determination. "Just point me in the right direction and I can create an illusion to let us walk through the wall," she explained, as I smiled, pointing to where I could feel Natsu's scent with my finger. 

As Lexi looked at the wall in determination, she muttered a few words, and a small walkway appeared in the wall, and I walked through it confidently. "Are you okay?" I asked Lexi, but she didn't answer as she was too focused on maintaining the crevice in the wall. "That's all I can handle," she said with exhaustion, as she fell to the ground, transforming back into a cat. "Don't worry, you won't have to do much," I said, hugging her, running to where I felt the clashes of magic power. 

"Let's go Wendy!" I heard a familiar voice say, as I saw Natsu, the pink - haired dragon slayer exclaim as I approached a familiar white haired woman. "Y-Yukino," I stuttered as in front of me was the white haired mage who was forced to leave Sabertooth. "Alyssa? Is that you?" I heard her say, as I hugged her, a tear falling down my eyes. 

"Yes," I said taking my head off to reveal my face. "Wait aren't you that Sabertooth wizard?" another white haired woman asked me, as I remembered that it was Mirajane Strauss, the one who won Jenny Realight at the battle portion of the second day of the grand magic games. 

"I left," I whispered under my breath, holding Lexi. "What happened to the cat?" Mira asked. "She created an illusion to walk through the wall," I explained. "And how did you get wounded?" Yukino asked, as I smiled. "I was playing with someone," I replied, brushing off the dirt. 

"Wendy!" I heard Natsu yell in anger as I saw a large flower next to a pink - haired girl. "This is a carnivorous flower, one that blooms in blood," she said, as Mira turned into a demon and cut the flower in two, letting a blue - haired girl break free. 

"W-where am I?" she stuttered, covered in some type of sap. "Take care of Lexi," I said angrily, as Yukino hugged her tight. "Ice Dragon's Wing Attack!" I shouted, as the wings of ice attacked the paper and plant lady. 

"Alyssa the ice dragon slayer is at action," I laughed bowing, as I attacked the executioners with the dragon's ice. "You're strong, we should have a fight soon!" Natsu exclaimed, as I dodged some confetti. "No can do, I don't do well against fire," I said, as I did a roar with both Wendy and Natsu. 

"Well, this is just getting interesting," the black haired knight said, and I thought she looked a lot like the girl I had beat before. "Hey You!" I said to her her rudely, as she looked at me in shock. "What do you want criminal?" 

"Are you Sapphire's sister?"
