" Saying I'm sorry is saying I love you with a wounded heart in one hand and your smothered pride in the other" ~ Richelle E. Goodrich

Katsuki was laying in bed in his old room having woke up about an hour ago.

He laid there hands laced behind his head eyes cast to the ceiling as thoughts swimmed through his mind.

Ever since he saw Izuku yesterday it's been the only thing he can think about.

Green eyes always seemed to know exactly how to seep into the far corners of Katsuki's mind and if he was honest the deepest parts of his heart, the parts that were hidden from everyone else.

He smirked thinking about the teasing in the bathroom and how Izuku's quirk got brighter when Katsuki complemented him. It was clear the greenett still cared about what the blonde hero thought.

Blonde brows suddenly furrow thoughts of how the two were constantly interrupted yesterday now entering his brain. And one person was mostly to fault. That damn Icyhot bastard, seemed like everytime Katsuki turned around that bitch was in the way.

He groans getting up ruffling blonde spikes as he makes his way to the bathroom. After brushing his teeth and fixing blonde spikes he stops hearing voices downstairs.

Heading down the steps quietly he stops at the bottom.

Right there in the kitchen is the object of his morning thoughts sitting next to Inko at the kitchen table with his arm in a sling looking irradiated as Inko and Mitsuki ramble on like he's not even there.

" Yeah so Mits, the doctor says that he needs to keep the sling on a couple days again because when Shoto hit his shoulder with the chair last night it caused a lot of swelling. Now he can't use it much and he also needs to do daily stretches with it, but nothing over the top" ,Inko tells her bestfriend who is now standing next to Izuku studying him.

" Is that right?! Damn that Todoroki. Izuku how are you feeling brat? And you make sure you do those stretches! Oh and don't over use it" Mitsuki says as she fixes Izuku's sling hovering over him.

The greenett is sitting there unable to get a word in as the two women fuss over him. He rested his chin on his hand sighing as he let's them ramble and fuss.

Katsuki can't help but snicker at the sight.

" But, I can't just not do anything. I have errands to run, I gotta get groceries and stuff for my apartment", the greenett finally says.

Suddenly a blonde walks into view stepping into the kitchen moving to the coffee pot, crimson eyes landing on deep green immediately.

" Katsuki! Good morning!" , Inko says cheerily seeing the boy she considered another son.

Katsuki smiled down at her as he leaned on the counter with his cup.

" Morning Auntie"

His gaze shifts back to a greenett who is trying not to make it obvious that he's been starting at the blonde ever since he walked in.

" Nerd" , Katsuki smirks.

Izuku cuts his eyes at him seeing Katsuki snicker watching Mitsuki fuss over him.

" Is this too tight brat? I could loosen this strap. And have you eaten, Izuku you're getting too thin kid"

Katsuki is chuckling now until Inko is in front of him grabbing his face squeezing.

" My goodness you're handsome Katsuki, I mean you always have been but even more so! Look at you! It's so good to have you home, and you're going to eat and not just drink coffee right?" ,Inko fusses.
