Clem's eyes fluttered open. She was laying on her back facing the dark night sky.

She rolled over groaning from the pain in her back and head. As she gained consciousness she remembered the events that had occurred. Her eyes went wide immediately reaching for her clothes to see if they were intact.

"Don't have to worry about that." Mike said, looking down at the girl. She didn't catch what he said at all, his mouth not opening wide enough for her to read properly.

So she continued checking herself keeping her eyes trained on the man before making sure her zipper was up. Relief ran over her, she didn't feel like anything was wrong but she could never be too sure.

Mike grimaced, clearly disgusted by her actions. He for sure remembered the abuse the girl had suffered and it was disturbing to see that she still had troubles because of it.

Clem was still very much on edge. She scanned her surroundings seeing Bonnie sitting beside Mike.

There was another guy, one she was sure she had never met before. He was pale, had dark rimmed square glasses and a very evident leg brace. The more she looked at him the more it dawned on her that he was sick.

Everything suddenly made sense.

They're turning me in for meds. She scoffed, rolling her eyes at the pair.

For him. She glanced toward the sick guy on the ground warming up by a small fire she assumed Bonnie had made while she was unconscious.

"The sooner we get to Richmond the better." Two new figures appeared from some bushes not too far from her with some recently hunted meat with them.

Tripp and Conrad.

Their eyes were trained on her, and her on them.

I'm fucked.

"He's sick and without certain medicines he'll die. So yes, the quicker the better." Bonnie spoke staring directly at Clem.

It would be nice to have some sort of idea what was going on but she understood why none of them made any effort to communicate with her. If they gave her an inch she'd take a mile, and surely they didn't want to risk her escaping.

They were not her group anymore, and clearly they didn't care. Time had changed them and they were willing to send a kid to their death to save someone else. A kid they once knew.

Things Change.

"We gotta keep moving, the sooner we get help for Arvo the better." Mike announced standing up from his position on the hard floor.

Conrad nodded, "The quicker we get to Francine too."

"The New Frontier is nothing to play with I hear and I don't plan on staying. I just want the supplies we need and to get moving." Mike spoke, gathering Arvo off the floor. "And since they've taken over Richmond I'm sure they have plenty of supplies to go around."

"Wait what?" Conrad turned toward the other man, baffled. "They've done what?"

"They took over Richmond. Y'all didn't know?" Bonnie said.

"You think if we knew I would have sent my wife to the same people who put a bullet in her?"

Clementine watched on confused, though she refused to let them know that. Conrad reached for her, lifting her up harshly by her arm. She tried tugging away but Tripp kept her still.

She wanted to ask how the two groups knew each other but she was fairly certain they had met recently and decided to hunt her down for the same reasons. They wanted something that The New Frontier could give them and in order to get it they needed her.
