i can't believe i'm doing this

"we're here" she said as she got out of the car, i followed behind slowly

we were at some roller skating center that probably just opened. speaking everything looks new here and it doesn't look cheap and old

"lilac! there you are" i heard a voice say, specifically benjamin's

"ben, meet rosa, rosa, meet ben" she said, smiling

"nice to meet you" he said, putting his hand out

who knows where that hand has been

since i want to be nice and i also don't want lilac to hate me i shook his hand

this is awkward

"ben, there you are! we've been looking all over for you" elton, one of his friends said

"elton, dylan, meet lilac and rosa. lilac and rosa, meet elton and dylan" said ben

once we got our roller skates lilac and ben were quick to skate off somewhere else, which left only me, elton and dylan, well that's until dylan met some girl and skated off with her

so now i'm stuck with elton

i'm hoping he finds some really hot girl to go skate off into the sunset with or decides to go away

"so uh, rosa, what's you're favorite color?" he asked, probably hoping to start a conversation

"uh, ruby red?" i said

"cool, my favorite color is blue" he said, gaining a bit of confidence

"is their a specific shade of blue?" i asked, growing a bit more comfortable

"french blue"

"what's you're favorite animal?" he asked

"is this turning into twenty questions?" i asked

he sent me a playful glare

"axolotl" i said

"isn't that a fish?" he asked

"no, it's an amphibian" i said, laughing

"oh, well my favorite animal is a fish" he said

"any specific kind?"

"nope, i just like fish"

"ok, let me ask you a question. what's you're middle name?" i asked
