(Y/N)'s POV
Ahhhhhh! I am so exited! The red carpet premier is tonight! Plus Grandma will be coming from Kioshi to see it! I haven't seen her in so long! I can't wait for her to see it. I hope she loves it. I mean I have probably talked her ear off about it a hundred plus times by now. I did my best not to spoil it but still. I think she might at least take issue with my kinda revealing costume... Anyways Varrick sent Zhu Li over to the temple to help me get ready for tonight along with a gorgeous blue dress for me to wear tonight. The dress was custom made to fit me perfectly but also to resemble my character with accents of white fur and a high slit up my left side where I would put the knife holster on my regular outfit, not to mention the sheer corset to show off my midriff. He also gave me the necklace I wore in the mover to really bring the whole look together. I was also given high heeled blue leather boots also with fake white fur trim.
"Wow" I say as I finish lacing the boots on and look in the mirror "Varrick really went all out with this outfit huh?" I say to Zhu Li as she looks me over for anything that needs fixing, before she nods and moves me to a chair so she can start on my hair.
"He spared no expense in making sure his stars look immaculate for tonight." She smiles at me through the reflection in the mirror. She came to the temple already dressed for tonight in a beautiful green cocktail dress that made her look even more flawless than usual.
"If that's so then what will Bolin be wearing tonight?" I try to ask as casual as possible. She gives me a quizzical yet knowing look through our reflections.
"That shall be a surprise for tonight (Y/n), but you shall both escort each other down the carpet, so do try to give the fans a show." She winks at me before going back to my hair. My face goes completely red at her little comment and she chuckles behind me.
"Done." she says and steps back form me. I look at her work and admire how she has gotten my hair to frame my face so well making me almost question if that is really my refection looking back at me.
"(YYYYYYYYY/NNNNNNNNN)!!!!" loud and repetitive knocks came banging on my door. I immediately know it's Ikki at the door. Zhu Li walk over and slides open my door, Ikki immediately falls into the room. "OOOOF!" She exclaims before popping back up almost instantly, Ikki gets one glance at me and her face lights up like a festival lantern. "Oh my gosh you look so pretty! Are you exited for tonight cuz I'm excited about tonight I can't wait to see the MOVER! You have been working on it for so long and I just know you did amazing, you look so flawless I can't get over it, Bolin is gonna fall all over himself when he sees you, I would't be surprised if your looks literally kill him tonight! Oh and your gran is here and is waiting out in the foyer to see you!" She was about to keep going when I stopped her.
"MY GRANDMOTHER IS HERE!!" I completely ignored everything else she said as I rushed out the room and towards the foyer with Ikki laughing and following me on her own air scooter.
"WAIT Ms. (Y/N) NOT TO FAST YOU'LL MESS UP YOUR HAIR!" Zhu Li called after me, but I could't help but ignore her as I formed an air scooter and speed down the halls even faster! I made it to the foyer and didn't even acknowledge who else was in the room as I tackled my grandmother in a hug.
"GRANDMA!" I shout as my arms wrap around her.
"Well hello to you too dear!" She laughs and hugs me back. Once we have embraced each other for a few minutes, I hear Zhu Li's rushed footsteps make there way down the hall to us.
"(Y/N)!" Me and grandma separate as I turn and sheepishly look back to the slightly frustrated woman at the foyers entrance. "We only have half an hour before we need to be at the red carpet and now your hair is..." She pauses for a moment to asses the actual damage done to my hair "its not as bad as I thought it would be..." She still seemed slightly annoyed with me but assessed that my hair was still fine enough for the red carpet, "by some miracle... " she mumbled as she walked back a bit to grab something she had left in the room.
