Love in the Movers

New Set

Your Pov
After about a week we finished up in the mansion and are now finally moving to the film studio! The huge studio building is set up with several different arctic esc sets, like a snowy hill and huts covered in the fake snow. There is also this cool treadmill set that has a moving backdrop where we will shoot all are chases and just walking in the snow scenes.

This week has also given Bolin some time to recover from his heart break with Opal, he is still slightly optimistic that she will take him back though. Yet from my personal conversations with her back home I don't think it's going to happen, she has pretty much moved on. She still is refusing to fully rip off the band-aid though and just flat out end things with Bolin. Of course I haven't told him about my talks with her, the news should come from Opal herself not me.

In other news though I finally met Bolin's brother Makko this week! He came and got Bolin from the mansion a few days back and we all decided to get noodles together. Makko is really nice and very polite. He is definitely the level head out of the two, but he dose seem a bit stiff and harsh at times.

I have also found interesting uses for my air bending in filming, such as moving the props around with air to imitate other bending elements. My 'magic' ice knife is supposed to grant me the power of water and snow. So I use air bending to manipulate the fake snow on set. Varrick has praised me for my Ingeniousness on several occasions due to this, and I worry it might start going to my head!

Any ways back to the new sets! Now in the studio we have a lot more camera angels me and Bolin have to be cautious of, so that we don't look directly into them. Also the bucket guys are now able to get above us easier by using the rafters, so good for them. We also have several huge fans set up at all edges of the different sets to blow the snow around. With all this new stuff around us after months in the mansion Varrick has declared that the first few days are to set blocking only, so we can get used to the space.

"Alright everyone places! I want to get this blocking done as soon as possible!" Varrick starts waving his fingers around as he talks. "Now (Y/N) and Bolin I want you both over on set three with the huts, we are going to start out with the stopping each other from freezing scene. Now this is after you just escaped the building and made your run for it! And now you both are caught in a massive snow storm and have lost your animal companions so you have to huddle together for warmth okay!" I look over at Bolin and we both make that quick sudden eye contact that's just slightly awkward. I get embarrassed and quickly turn my head to try and hide the blush running to my face. "Now you two are going to run on set from here and Bolin will be holding your wrist and pulling you with him okay, then you both will dive into this hut here that has a huge hole in to for the camera." He points to a hut on the edge of the set as he tells us what we need to do. "Do not! And I mean do NOT! Crash through the hole okay?"

"Yes sir!" I say and mock salute him.

"Got it!" Bolin says at the same time, he dose a fist pump to emphasize that he understood.

"Alright! Quiet on set! And I wanna see perfection, GO!" Me and Bolin take off running onto the set, with him pulling me along as instructed. We catch sight of a small x a little ways from the hut and take that as our mark to dive for it. Unfortunately I tripped on a loose pice of flooring right before we got there, and went head first into the fake snow bank. Bolin had a pretty tight grip on my wrist so when I fell he went down too, but not before pulling really hard on my arm.

"Oww!" I yell as I slowly try to get off the floor without putting too much weight on my hurting arm.

"CUT!" Varrick screams and the cameras face down at the order. "Jewizz are you two okay?" He calls as he makes his way towards us. We are both covered in fake snow, and Bolin gets up before me and reaches down to help me up.

"Thanks." I say while taking his hand in my non-injured one. He pulls me up almost effortlessly and I'm soon on my own two feet again.

"I'm fine Varrick but I think I might have accidentally yanked (Y/N)'s arm a bit to hard." Bolin says once I'm fully stable. At this point I'm holding my wrist up close to me with my other hand and trying to be gentle because it hurts a whole lot. "Oh my gosh (Y/N) are you crying! I'm so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you I swear!" At Bolin's words I suddenly notice the tears spilling out my eyes that I was to shocked and hurting to notice a second ago.

"Medic!" Varrick shouted and people started scrambling to find a medic. "Bolin can you help       (Y/N) to a chair while we get medical on sight."

"Ya ya, no problem. Here (Y/N)." Bolin gently reached around me and held his other hand for me to stabilize myself on if I need to. Then he gently guided me of the set and to a super soft sofa on the other side of the room. "Don't worry (Y/N) the doc will be here soon and they'll get you all fixed up ok." I just nodded at Bolin because I didn't trust my voice to come out steady through all the tears.

"And will someone fix the set so this doesn't happen again!" Varrick yells back by the set. Me and Bolin just stayed on the couch together waiting for the medic, with Bolin gently rubbing my back and trying to keep me as comfortable as possible.
