FALSE COLORS || Yeonkai ||

CHAPTER 10

Hueningkai is a piece of work, Yeonjun learns that on their trip to Jeju. He fussed over their luggage and then stressed Yeonjun out by freaking out continuously, if people wouldn't believe that they are a couple and what if they don't twin.

At first the blue head lets it go and offered words of assurance but the younger boy simple wouldn't stop, so he closed his mouth with his palm, eyes boring intensely into the other's brown orbs.

"Shh that's enough worrying for a day, it's going to be alright." Yeonjun says and finally Hueningkai zips his mouth but the frown doesn't go away.

It remains etched on his face and Yeonjun decides he loves seeing Kai smile because holy shit serious Kai is intimidating as fuck.

The plane lands and they maneuver through the sea of people, running around to spot their luggage. Finally finding the counter they grab the suitcases and Yeonjun calls the agency and as promised they have a car waiting for them at the exit.

It's a black Ferrari and Yeonjun's mouth drops open at that. The car is a beauty, still awed by the car he trips on his way. Kai snickers but makes no move to help him instead strutting away, swaying his hips more than necessary.

Yeonjun scoffs at that and follows the blonde into the car opened to him by a suited chauffeur. He gives the other a warm smile and the man nods in acknowledgement.

He slides the seat and Jesus the car is as amazing as it is on the outside. The plush seats are lined by expensive leather and in between there is a small light in the shape of a disco ball.

Just how much budget did this competition promise on. The producer must be crazy rich and god forbid if it's going to be broadcasted on TV.

He turns to Huening Kai who looks invested in his mobile, worrying his bottom lip in worry. He takes a second to see the male properly, from the morning they have been rushing with journey so he never really got to see what Kai was wearing.

Just with his luck he fell asleep on the plane so now he takes the time. The boy's hair is straightened and the bangs fall on his forehead adorably.

His thin but soft looking lips are pushed in a small pout as he focuses, occasionally teeth peeks out and traps his bottom lip and after toying with it for a little while, he swipes it with his tongue.

Yeonjun suppresses a groan at that, he is being a freaking sleaze, shame on him.

HIs eyes trail downwards, Kai is wearing a black T-shirt and a grey patterned shirt over it, paired with black Jeans and black dress sneakers.

He has a bit of lip gloss on and his earrings in the form of fallen petal. The silver shines against in his skin and he looks pretty. 

Yeonjun looks at his outfit, they were so out of co ordination. He wore a white T-shirt tucked in his blue Jeans and a long beige coat, his blue hair was parted in the middle giving a peak of his forehead.

They looked like a golden apple and black sheep and the only that was even slightly matched were their earrings, now he understands why Kai freaked out.

"How was your flight sir?" He blinks twice before realizing the question was directed at him, "Was wonderful" He beams and Kai still hasn't replied, buried in his phone.

Yeonjun pinches him lightly and the boy jerks violently making the eldest go red with embarrassment, "Sorry I was just finishing up something" He politely smiles.

Yeonjun nods and takes it as a free pass to use nicknames, "That's ok baby" He grins, Kai doesn't react but with another pinch the boy smiles back but it doesn't quite reach his eyes.

Those eyes, a pretty brown and the multiple eyelids. He is fairly sure he knows them, but he can't seem to keep a finger on it and that leaves him frustrated.

The rest of the car ride is silent as Kai spends his whole time typing away on his mobile and Yeonjun looks out at the busy streets filled with tourists and locals.

The sky was blue and clear, he smiles a little. This was the small get away he needed before going to work, he let his friends know what he was up to with Kai and at first they protested telling it wasn't a good idea still skeptical if it was a scam or if they end up doing something terrible.

However Kai ended up convincing them it was just tryout and nothing serious, he saw the way Soobin's fell at that, he did feel a little bad but the proud part of him overshadowed it and he let a victorious smirk taunt Soobin who glared at him.

He does understand Soobin's reaction but he doesn't know why Taehyun deflated.

What the hell was going on? and why was he and Kai not let into all of that stuff. He felt a little offended by the fact but then remembers that he has secrets of his own, stuff he is embarrassed of and if he could, he would go back and change it.

"We are here sir" The driver announces and Yeonjun climbs out of the door, offering his hand for Huening Kai but the lad is already out, so he folds his hand with a fake smile and closes his eyes to leave a sigh and control himself.

He remains quiet as the driver hands them their suitcases and bids them a good time. Kai chirps back cheerfully and he smiles politely at the elderly man.

The hotel is massive, it is a huge building. They enter and the receptionist gleefully guides them to their rooms and informs then that room service will be available in a few hours and they would get the competition instruction with it.

They bow and thank her finally going into the designated room and they thank the man who escorted them once again and once the door closes Yeonjun frowns. "Huening Kai we have to convince these people we are a couple, winning is a far cry by the way we have been behaving" He says slowly.

"Oh we will win, let's get this started when the competition" The confident smirk on his face gives Yeonjun a little whiplash. oh? We are going confident, bring it on!
