Secrets Unsealed

The crowd cheered as Alyssa nodded gently. Their friends all raced to the royal couple, enveloping them in a group hug. When they all parted, Ally's fist collided with Hayden's bicep, her new ring only adding to the bruise.

"You deviated." She scowled. "That wasn't the plan."

"I know, but I wanted to surprise you somehow, but the only way to surprise you was to make you think you knew the plan." He admitted.

"Umm, guys. You just got engaged." Justin reminded. "Can we just take a minute to talk about how huge this is?!" He cheered.

"You're gonna be a real-life princess!" Heather cried. "My best friend, a princess. I can't-" She sobbed happily.

"Hey?!" Justin whined.

"My best girlfriend." She corrected. Ally glared at her knowingly. "I mean... oh you know what I mean." She chuckled.

Ally let out a giggle as the others just looked between the two girls in confusion all except Dexter who was staying out of the conversation. The blonde leaned her head against her 'fiancés' shoulder as their hands intertwined.

"Excuse me, Sir." A royal guard interjected. "I hate to interrupt. But it appears that Mr. Hunter is requesting to speak with you." Hayden nodded in understanding, sliding his hand from Alyssa's.

"Hiccup, wait-"

"It's okay." He smiled back at her in reassurance before wandering off.

"No, it's not." She muttered to herself with a sigh.

By the time Hayden returned, the party was over so he headed up to Ally's room to find the whole gang sat on her bed.

"Hiccup!" Ally hopped off the bed to meet him at the door while the others continued to talk among themselves. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine." He assured with a smile.

"He told you, didn't he?"

"Sort of," Hayden admitted. "But, I'm sure there's a lot more to that story than he was letting on." Ally closed her eyes and nodded apprehensively. "I guess we should talk." She nodded again. They sauntered over to the rest of the gang who had all been invited to stay the night. "Okay, guys. You should all get some sleep. Big day tomorrow." Hiccup suggested.

"Wait, what's happening tomorrow?" Ally wondered.

"Just another surprise that Andy, Heather, and I planned." He explained.

"Oh come on. You have to tell me." She groaned. "Now I know there's something to know, I can't not know."

"Sorry, Milady. My lips are sealed." He chuckled.

Once everyone had vacated the room and Andy was all tucked up in his room, Ally and Hayden both got ready for bed before having a chat.

"How are you feeling?" Hayden checked as Ally tucked herself into the bed beside him.

"Tired." The blonde admitted.

"We don't have to talk tonight. It can wait. We could just sleep." He offered. Ally shook her head.

"No, we can't keep putting things off." She said. "We should just get everything out in the open."

"Okay, but before we do that..." Hiccup reached into the nightstand and pulled out;

"A new phone?"

"Not from ER Enterprises," Hayden assured.

"Thank you." She chuckled.

"What does the ER even stand for?" He wondered.
