"OW!"
"Well, if you would quit squirming, it wouldn't hurt as much." Ally explained to her boyfriend as she was knelt on the bed beside him and attempted to clean the fresh wound on the side of his head.
"You know, I never realized how dangerous this room was." Hiccup noted. "We're gonna have to do something about that."
"Or just don't hit your head on the corner of the nightstand." The blonde advised with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. She carefully removed the cloth from Hiccup's head. "Okay, Hiccup, it's been twenty minutes and you're still bleeding. It's not slowing down, can you please go to the nurse?" She pleaded.
"Alyssa, I haven't been to the nurse since I had the chickenpox when I was two." He mentioned. "I'll be fine."
"And I'm the stubborn one?" She rolled her eyes covering his wound with a clean cloth. The sixth one she had used.
Knock. Knock.
"It's me!" Heather called from outside the room. Ally quickly tugged her dressing gown over her legs and tossed Hiccup a blanket to cover his bare chest with.
"Come in." She invited.
"You're late for breakfast," Heather announced as she entered. "Hiccup!" She gasped. "Are you okay? What happened?!"
"The muttonhead decided to roll into the nightstand." Ally explained. "And he's being stubborn and won't see the nurse."
"How bad is it?"
"It's been bleeding non-stop for twenty minutes." The blonde elucidated. Heather made her way over, choosing to ignore Hiccup's torn shirt on the floor, for the time being. Ally removed the cloth to let Heather take a closer look. Alyssa turned away, taking a deep breath and swallowing hard.
"Okay, Al," Heather took the cloth from her friend as she brought her hand to her lips. "Go and take care of yourself. I'll deal with Hiccup." She suggested. Ally just nodded gratefully before rushing off.
"Alyssa?!" Hayden worried.
"She's fine, Hiccup," Heather assured. "It's just morning sickness. And this probably isn't helping any."

Alyssa returned to the room a few minutes later, fully clothed. Wearing a rather posh-looking pantsuit. She often wore fancy clothes at the palace, just to feel a little less out of place.
"Perfect timing," Heather noted. "Hiccup just agreed to go and see the nurse."
"Oh, really?" Ally smirked knowingly as she wrapped a fresh shirt around his shoulders. "What made you change your mind?"
"I threatened him," Heather admitted.
"Really, you call a Chinese burn a threat?" Hiccup rubbed his bright red arm.
"That's my girl." Ally chuckled, high-fiving her friend before moving to Hiccup's front to do up his shirt.
"You know, I'm perfectly capable of buttoning up my own shirt." Hiccup mentioned.
"I know, but I'm faster at it than you." Ally smiled.
"Of course you are." He rolled his eyes and chuckled. "You are loving every second of this, aren't you?" Hiccup glared.
"Yes." She admitted. "You've taken care of me for long enough. Now it's my turn."

"There you are, son." Stoick greeted as Hayden, Ally and Heather finally made their way into the dining hall for breakfast an hour late. "What on earth have you been up to?" He gasped as he noticed the scar on his son's head.
