23~ Movie Night

"On your left!" Steve shot past flinging his shield at the creature slicing it in half. "I've got this one!" I shouted across the room which was now destroyed. I had learned how to use swords now and It was kind of 'my thing' which was exciting. I ran towards the creature grabbing the two swords strapped onto my back and with one slice and it's ugly green head rolled onto the floor with all of its juices spilling all over me- a few goops falling into my mouth. "Mmm tasty." I didn't notice the creature running towards me and Bucky dived in the way punching it right in the face making it fly backwards. "What happened to you?" Bucky turned to me sniggering slightly at all the Creature goo that I was practically devoured in. "That happened." I pointed to the headless thing on the floor. "Hmm well maybe after you've had a shower I'll consider taking you out." I wiped a bit of slime off my face "fine but I get too choose this time." I crossed my arms giving him a serious look "it's cute when you try to be serious." He gave me a small smile "Bucky I need some help over here!" We both turned to see Tony trying to fight of 5 creatures at once. "See you around Doll." Winking, he ran off towards Tony.

It had been a few days since Tony's party and me and Bucky were doing pretty well, we've been on 2 dates so far and I normally stay over at his but sometimes I feel like I'm disappointing him by not sleeping with him, I guess I'm just nervous if we finally do have sex he won't want to be with me anymore. I really like him and I like spending time with him I don't want to lose that.

After the mission everyone headed back to the tower. I had a long warm shower so I could take a moment to process what's going on and obviously wash the green goo off. Over the last couple of days I kept in touch with  Darce and updated her on everything that happened, she looked so proud when I told her me and Bucky were together and it was all going so well- I really hope it stays that way. We hadn't really made our relationship public or told anyone except for Nat of course and I'm guessing Steve knows as well.

I grabbed a pair of shorts and a jumper to keep me warm and just as I was drying my hair someone knocked on the door. "Come in!" The door opened and Scott stepped in. "Sup Y/n." Scott flashed me a sweet smile. "hey Scott, do you need anything?" Scott and I have become good friends over the past week and I do enjoy his company- who wouldn't he's really funny. "Well Wanda came up with an idea for a group movie night in Tony's home cinema. Just seeing if you want to tag along?" A movie night sounds fun. I placed the towel on the end of my bed. "Yeah I'd love to, but one condition, if we ever do this again we have to watch twilight at least once." Scott laughed with a confused face. "why?"
"I made a deal with Bucky." Scott just nodded "I'm not even going to ask. See you in 10."

I could hear chatting and clattering pans as I walked down the stairs I turned the corner to see Wanda, Scott, Clint and Nat chatting amongst themselves and Steve at the stove making some popcorn. Bucky was sitting alone at the breakfast bar in a blue top and a pair of grey sweats. It was rare to see him in anything other than his uniform but he looked hot as always. I sat on the seat next to him. "We'll you definitely look much better since earlier." He proceeded to give me a kiss on the forehead. I could see how he tried to be mean to me so he wouldn't seem like a sweetheart but he could never hurt my feelings. We chatted for a while before everyone headed down to the cinema.

We all got cozy with popcorn and blankets. I subtly snuggled up with Bucky at the back so no one would notice. "So what movie are we watching tonight?" Steve clapped his hands together getting everyone's attention. "We could watch a divergent movie?" Nat suggested everyone seemed happy with that. "Well how about the first twilight movie?" Scott spoke up "yeah I love the twilight sagas! I'm up for that." Nat agreed, everyone seemed happy and we turned on the movie. Scott turned to me giving me a small wink i smiled back- I'm pretty sure he noticed how close me and Bucky were and wiggled his eyebrows at the both of us making me laugh. Bucky noticed and gave me one of his famous death stares "what? a deals a deal. I did what I had to." I whispered smiling at my accomplishment he shook his head disapprovingly but I could see the small smile on his face he tried to hide.

The rest of the night was perfect. Every so often Bucky would check that i was warm enough and gave me more blankets just in case. I noticed Steve and Nat getting closer through out the night- I knew something was going on with them! Good for her. I nudged to Bucky and pointed to Nat whispering In Steve's ear he smiled slightly obviously proud of his friend. The movie was great and Bucky finally admitted he actually enjoyed Twilight after a lot of negotiating and we spent the rest of the night drinking, laughing and there was even some karaoke- Thor actually has a great voice.

I was having the time fo my life.
