Chapter 6

I've decided to revise all the chapters, I mean to change everything but not all. The plot of the story will still be the same but I'll change some of the scenes just to make the story nicer.

-Sharene's POV-

We stayed in Bohol for 3 more days before we returned to Manila. Nanibago ako. I suddenly missed the fresh air in the province. Less cars, less pollution. More trees, more fresh air. Napahiga ako sa kama ko dito sa bahay namin ni Adrian. Parang gusto ko pang mag bakasyon ulit!

Nakarinig ako ng katok sa aking pintuan kaya tinapunan ko ito ng tingin. Pumasok mula doon si Adrian, "You're parents are here. Join us downstairs." Sabi nito at lumabas din pagkatapos.

I lazily get off of my bed and went downstairs. I saw my parents and his' talking while laughing. Nakita ko naman siyang nasa kusina at nag preprepare ng makakain.

I approached our parents and greeted them. "How's the honeymoon?" Asked by tita Linda, Adrian's mother.

Napatulala ako sa tanong niyang iyon kaya hindi ako kaagad nakapag salita. "Oo nga, anak. How's Palawan and Bohol?"

"Good. It's a nice place to unwind." Sagot ko at hindi na pinansin ang tanong ni Tita.

"Are we expecting a baby?" Tanong pa rin ni tita na sinabayan niya pa ng pag-tawa. Nakitawa rin sina daddy at mommy at tito sa sinabi ni tita.

What the fuck is wrong with her? Bakit ba niya pinupush iyon? "Mom!" Pag-suway ni Adrian sa kaniyang ina.

"What? It's normal naman. What's wrong with my question?"

Napasimangot ako. Oo normal lang naman na pagka galing ng mag-asawa mula sa honeymoon ay baka makabuo sila, pero duh! It doesn't applicable to us kaya! Mukha bang gagawin namin iyon?

And the image of us in the cold night in Palawan crossed in my head. Hindi naman iyon considered as honeymoon. We just make out, no, scratch that, the right term is- he sexually harassed me!

"Oh my gosh, Sharene you're blushing! Am I going to be a grandmother now?" Gulat na tanong ni mommy.

Napahawak ako sa pisngi ko at ramdam ko ngang uminit ang pisngi ko at hindi ko inaasahang makikita pa ni mommy iyong expression ko na iyon. Shit!

"Jesus, no! Stop blabbering, mom will you?" Napipikon na sabi ko kay mommy.

Sana pala ay hindi na lang ako bumaba at nagpanggap na lang na tulog kanina. Nginisihan lang ako nila mommy at hindi na ako pinansin. Nag kwentuhan sila ng mga bagay na hindi ko maintindihan. I was just sitting and eating here while scrolling on my phone. What a boring life I got here.

"Since Christmas is approaching, let's all celebrate Christmas together and new year na rin siguro?" Suggestion ni mommy.

"Oh! I like that, Shan. What about out of town or out of the country?" Tita Linda suggested.

Nagbigay silang lahat ng suggestions at ako ay nanatiling tahimik lang. Nagulat pa ako ng tapikin ako ni Adrian at sabihing ano daw ang plano ko sa bakasyon.

"Kung saan kayo." Sabi ko. I don't have plans this Christmas break naman. For sure, my friends will be out of town or out of the country for the whole christmas vacation kaya wala akong mapagtatambayan.

"Great! What about sa holy land? Then mag swim tayo sa red sea."

"Mom, sobrang alat ng tubig doon. Lulutang lang tayo doon and besides masakit yun sa balat."
