Chapter 9

Lucky for you all, you get two chapters today since I didn't have a crap ton of homework and school work! So I hope you like this next chapter because it might be the last one for a few days.

Me and Anakin glanced at each other before following after Dean. This was not going to end well. When we got to lunch we couldn’t find Dean.

“Shit” I mutter looking around “Where the hell did he go?”

“Over there” Anakin points to the group of students who are starting to mass around something. We were to late to stop him. We ran forward pushing through the growing crowd that was shouting “Fight! Fight! Fight!” Over and over again. When we were finally through Dean had Gabriel on the floor and he was punching him over and over and over again. Sam, Charlie, and Cas were looking on at the scene with horrified looks, not sure what to do. I ran forward desperately trying to pull Dean off of Gabriel. As much I was glad on the inside, Dean shouldn’t be making a stupid mistake like this. It was the second day of school and he would be getting a ten day suspension.

“Dean get off of him. He isn’t worth it” I yelled over the “Fight!s and his muttering. “Dean, please don’t do this!”

Something inside him seemed to click then and he looked down at Gabriel’s bruised and bloody face and his own bloody hands. He stood up, glared down at Gabriel, kicked him in the gut for extra measure, and then stormed out of the ring of people. Everyone made a path for him not wanting to be at the end of his fist. Sam ran after his brother and Cas ran to his.

I walked out mumbling an “I’m not hungry” as I passed Anakin.

I walk through the halls not even caring when the bell rang for my next class. I managed to find my way there but I didn’t care at all about it. I just laid there with my head on my arms contemplating my life choices. I didn’t pay attention at all during the class and for the most part I was left alone. Everyone had seen the spectacle at lunch and if they hadn’t they were bound to hear about it. Dean and Gabriel were both bound to get suspended. This day was just getting better and better. Have I mentioned lately how much I hated Tuesdays? ‘Cause I really hate them. The only thing I really got from that class was that Lord Elrond was the teacher.

When the bell rang I sighed when I remembered that I had fighting techniques with Oliver Queen. This should be interesting. We were probably going to be slapping water again today. I put a smile on my face as I walked in so that no one would know how upset I was. It wasn’t until I walked in that I remember I had that class with Charlie, Sam, and Cas. I sat in the empty seat next to Charlie.

“Hey. What was that at lunch today? Dean walked shouting something about being a lying, cheating, bastard and started pounding on Gabriel’s face, leaving him the bloody mess he is now” Charlie told me.

“Ah, Gabriel and I sort of got into a fight. I found him in bed with another woman yesterday when I got home” I told her. I could hear a gasp.

“Are you serious? He was so devoted to you though! You were his world! What would ever make him do that so suddenly?” Charlie asked.

“I guess he didn’t like the lack of action under the covers” I mutter loud enough for her to hear.

“It still doesn’t seem like him. He loved you so much. Last year during the “War” even when you were mad at him he did everything he could for you. This just doesn’t make sense” Charlie told me.

“Well, interests alter and tastes change. I guess he got a taste for prettier women who don’t have their mind set on waiting till after college to start a family. Which didn’t exactly work out in my favor but I wasn’t ready for that, you know what I mean?” I responded.

“Yeah, but I still don’t think it makes any sense.” She insisted.

“Maybe to you it doesn’t but it does to me. It just reminds me of how forever alone I will be” I sigh.

“You know what. I am going to help you get over him. We are going to have a girls night out on Friday! I have a few other friends that we can bring along, it will be great! We are going to go to the bar down the street and get drunk” She grinned

“I’ve never had a drink before” I admitted.

“What!? How have you never had a drink before!? That settles it, we are most certainly going out this weekend. We are going to make this a regular thing to. Every Friday we are going to get drunk as hell and you are going to forget that you and that asshole ever happened!” Charlie was clearly excited about this.

When class started we did exactly what I thought we were doing, slapping more water. Neither Dean nor Gabriel were in class. Charlie spent the entire class telling me about her friends. Claire Bennet was an ex-cheerleader who apparently had superpowers, the ability to heal. I remembered Claire from Heroes. Eowen was the most independent woman you could ever know. She was willing to do anything if it meant protecting those she loved. I was glad I was finally going to meet Eowen because I needed to get her with Faramir. That was my goal for the year and if I failed that then I failed this year. I don’t care if I got top of my class in all of my classes. If I didn’t get those two together then I have failed. Jo Harvelle was the daughter of the owner of the bar. She was very pretty but very independent and didn’t want people doing her stuff for her, and she really didn’t want to have to rely on a man. I couldn’t wait to meet her either.

Right as class ended I was called down to the office. I was afraid that I was going to be questioned about the fight since I was the one that stopped it and the reason it started in the first place. I walked into Tony’s office and saw him talking to a group of eleven students that sort of reminded me of the animatronics in Five Nights, which was frankly terrifying and I got the chills just thinking about it.

“You wanted to talk to me Tony?” I asked him. He hadn’t seen or heard me enter so he turned in surprise.

“Yes sorry. I would like you to show these eleven new students around the school. They transferred here from the one on the other side of the island, Fandom Boarding school. It’s a rather boring place. They don’t know the school at all though and I figured you were the person to do it” Tony told me.

“Oh, okay. Sure I’ll do it” I smiled. A false smile of course but in a way it was also a smile in relief.

“So these are, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Freddy, Golden Freddy, Toy Freddy, Toy Chica, Toy Bonnie, Mangle, Marionette, and Balloon Boy” Tony told me as he pointed to each one of them. I froze after hearing the first name. Shit. I was so screwed. If I was dead later tonight it was their fault.

“Okay, follow me” I recovered quickly and smiled.

I brought them around the school. Showed them the different wings, the cafeteria, the nurse and medical rooms, the dorms, the houses: which they all seemed excited about: I showed them the gym and the library, the locker rooms and the auditorium. By the time I was done it was well past the end of class and I was late to pick Sarah up from Doctor Watsons. I left them with a goodbye and got Sarah before returning home. When I arrived I fed her and let her play with her toys up in her room. It didn’t take long before I had fallen asleep on the couch.
