Twenty four

Xiao zhan woke up scared. His surroundings were mess. He looked around and he couldn't recognize the room he was in anymore. He remembered how he was attacked by a male who tried to force himself on zhan. He saw the man laying dead on the floor and yibo was standing near him. He immediately ran towards him and hugged him while tears dripped from eyes.

Yibo secured him in his arms tightly while he caressed his back, calming him down. A reality he dreaded was about to happen today. He knew he shouldn't have called zhan here in first place. Him being with pregnant is still a secret to everyone outside the palace. Yibo carefully bought him outside the room to avoid any further shocking moments for zhan who was a soft soul. These things were very terrifying for him. Even yibo makes sure to keep his dirty work away from the sight of zhan.

"Baby, shhh.....its ok we are out now. You are safe now. I am here with you. I will not let the bastard go freely. Infact, anyone who tries to touch you will have to loose his hands. So baby please calm down now. I am here, staff is here too nobody can harm you in anyway. Shhh.......let's get out of here hmm. Let's go back".

"But your meeting. He was an alpha from your meeting i am sure. Yibo you can't lose the deal because of me am ok now. You should go continue the meeting, i will leave for palace in car with driver. I will call jiyang ge and A-cheng to keep me company till you come back, please don't loose this contract for me, or in exact words because of him he is not worth it"

Yibo's heart swelled with pride. He was such a lucky king to have such a bride with himself who cared and thought well of his kingdom even in his worse state. Yibo smiled at zhan and escorted him to the car where driver was waiting for him. He instructed the driver to take him home carefully and waited for them to leave the resort before going back to the meeting. He was so angry with the careless behavior of the pack and they needed to know that there are some boundaries for them to follow if they wanted the deal to exist. He was in no mood to have someone on his back with such a careless behavior that might cause him casualties in future. He needed to be careful in choosing people he would trust.

"King, what happened? Is everything alright? We were worried that you didn't like the proposal when you suddenly left the meeting. We can change our proposal and reschedule the meeting if you want king. But please reconsider the offer............."

The head Alpha was still talking when suddenly the room door was opened by the someone from the pack. "What are you doing? Don't you see we are having an important meeting here? Where are your manners huhh? Kneel and apologize to the king for this disobedience you filthy servant".

"My lord, please hear me first, I think you won't like the news i bought. My lord our pack is finished. Its future is finished. My lord you are heirless now. Someone brutally murdered the prince of our pack. His limbs are detached from his body and he was bleeding from his neck and his body was bloodless blue. I think, someone from vampire kingdom killed him".

The alpha who was shocked at such revelation sat down in shock on the chair beneath him. Slowly, the tears glided down his cheeks realising the reality of loosing his one and only son. Their pack was here to ask for protection but they didn't know that they were moving towards their own danger. Alpha looked at the king in anger. His eyes flickering, his wolf was trying to take the control. He wanted to rip apart the person limb by limb for making him childless.

Yibo wasn't scared of the their pack, he was relieved that he was able to send zhan home so he would be safe. The atmosphere in the room got tense. All the members of the pack felt the pain of loosing their pack's heir. They felt the void. He saw everyone was loosing control.
"Find out who killed my son. I will not spare anyone today. Whether its vampire or wolf who killed my son, today i want blood of them. Let's go, this deal is off because the protection we needed is useless now".

They ran out of room, and went towards the room where the dead wolf was. Upon opening the room, heavy smell of blood surrounded them, along with it was two different smell, one was awfully similar.
"Find the king, he was here too. The room smells like him. And follow the other scent, i want both of them on their knees today GOOO".

The pack warriors started chasing the scent. The alpha who's wolf had taken over, walked towards the meeting room where king was just few minutes ago. He broke the door down and looked at yibo who was sitting there with a bored look. He looked over the wolf and then the door. He rooled his eyes before saying something that made the wolf fume more.

"Don't forget to pay for the room your son's blood ruined that room was specially prepared by my wife and ohh this door too. You know i can pay for it myself but you have to pay for the room so why not the door too".

The wolf was fuming when he saw how the king was so calm as if there wasn't a wolf standing infront of him whose one bite could be fatal for the vampire. The alpha changed into wolf form, before lunging forward in air to kill the king. But yibo was fast in dodging it and came behind the wolf. His glowing red, his nail long like a witch, his fangs out. He smirked at the wolf riling him up before using his vampire speed to move out of the room.

The wolf was quick to chase him too. After all he was a wolf, he chased him with his own speed and power to smell the scent. Yibo was running in circles as if it was actually fun for him. Yibo jumped from time to time to avoid getting scratched. Whenever the wolf was too close he would jump and avoid his claws or sharp razor teeths. But everytime luck wasn't on his side. This time just for a moment he missed and the wolf bit his right leg which slowed him down. Yibo knew now he wasn't speedy enough to out run him so ran towards room, hoping that one of the windows were open.

Today its this much only. I am tired and sick too. So i will update tomorrow hopefully the next part.
