Leah Leia Harrison , third year

3rd year

Both dad and mum were busy with work so mum's mum (our grandma, muggle ) is here to take care of Lewis as Lauren , Lisa and me go to the train station. Nothing happened on my journey I just sat in a compartment with Rory and one of his friends Oliver Wood. The trip was great we had a blast like laughing till we cry and our belly's hurt, it was just amazing. The new DADA teacher was so full of himself this year it was hilarious , I got sent out of lessons and detention a lot in his class for laughing. But who can blame me. Me and Rory always got detention all we did was talk about things in detention as the teacher always went to sleep or someone would slip a sleeping potion in their drink. I haven't seen much of my sisters , thankfully, as Lisa is in her 5th year and has decided  to finally try at lessons and she has a lot of catching up to do and as for Lauren her and her friends are hardly at Hogwarts , they are just always off school. After meeting Oliver I found out he is the Gryffindor quidditch captain and that Rory was also on the team so I tried out , mainly just to spend more time with Rory. I surprisingly got on the team but it is hard and a lot of time and effort , not to mention skill (that I don't  have) I am literally the worst on the team and the team don't try to convince me other ways. Only Rory and Oliver say I am good but that I just need some training. At dinner time I went to the hall and bumped into Cho Chang , we became friends last year while Rory was busy studding with Lisa or busy with quidditch. I would safely say we are like best friends. So we sat with each other and discussing things and all of a sudden the topic of conversation turned to boys. Cho said " I really like Cedric..." blush rushed at her cheeks and tips of her ears , I giggle which led to her throwing a bread roll at me "now you. your turn." I placed the bun on my plate and stated to fiddle with my fingers "uh... um...you know I don't really like anyone ............" at first she just stared at me with no emotion which turned to confusion then surprise, "what about Rory?!" my head shout up and I felt heat rush all over my body, giving her and angry look as she just shouted that and now people are staring "well I think Lisa likes him." she pouted "well its up to who he likes , and I think you might be winning." I pushed her a little making her giggle as she took a drink. "oh! there is also Oliver!" a confused expression made its way on my face "what?" her eyes turned wide as she wanted to speak but her mouth was full of a bite of a sandwich, so she started tapping the table and her feet on the floor hoping it will help her chew faster I couldn't help but let a big laugh out. "well you know how he looks at you and people say that that's why you got on the team because he likes you." my mouth dropped open "What!? really , people think that? is it true?" she was just about to take another bite of her sandwich but stopped "how am I meant to know, if that's why he put you on the team, but I do know some people believe it so." I put my head on the table cursing everything and everyone under my breath, I felt two other people there so I looked up  a bit to find Rory and Oliver sat in front of us , I groaned and put my head back down. "what's the matter with her ?" they both said in unison making Cho laugh. The rest of the year went on like this , like a total disaster.
