The next morning you go through your daily morning routine.
But.... Somethings missing.

You look around until you find a small note.

"Fair enough." You shrug, filling your vile of elixir and heading out for a walk.
You reach town and decide to shop a bit, eventually walking into your favorite store.
You head over to a shelf and spot an amphibia figure lying on the shelf.
"Luz would love this!" You mutter to yourself.
You quickly reach for it only to be stopped by another hand reaching for it.
You both freeze and turn to one another.
"Hunter." You nod to him.
"Y/n." He replies.
He's wearing casual clothing right now. I guess he's off work.
You both glance from one another to the figure before shoving each other out of the way.
"It's mine! I saw it first!" You yell.
"No I did!" He yells back.
You eventually free one hand and grab the figure before suspending Hunter midair with a beam and running up to checkout.
"That'll be-" the shopkeeper begins but you drop a bag of snails.
"Keep the change." You wave, running out and letting go of Hunter.
You run past a crowd and into the woods, attempting to catch your breath.
You look behind you and smile, not seeing Hunter.
You turn back.
"Hi princess~" Hunter hums, grabbing the figure from your hands and running off.
"Princess-? Wait- hey!" You chase after him.
He runs off through the woods and you follow close behind.
Suddenly he stops and turns towards you with a smirk.
You lunge at him and he steps aside.
"W- A CLIFF-?" You scream, attempting to grab onto the ledge.
You miss and start plummeting down until you're suspended in a red beam.
You slowly get pulled up and see Hunter, leaning against his staff and smirking.
"What was that for? You could've killed me!" You yell.
"Could've, yes. But did I?" He shrugs.
"I hate you." You mumble as he drops you onto the ground again.
