Part 11 Second Origin

Wendy P.O.V

It gave me butterflies in my stomach to think that Romeo was walking me home it's almost like I'm his girlfriend or something.

It was real funny when Laxus bonked Gray and Natsu on the heads we giggled just thinking about it.

"Natsu is really awesome and all but he can really overdo it sometimes" Romeo said. I agreed, I really hope that's one trait from Natsu, Romeo doesn't inherit.

"Thanks for walking me home by the way" I said smiling.

"Of course anytime!" He said. Gosh why was he so cute!

*BOOM*

An explosion occured.

"What was that!?" I asked.

"I don't know let's go check it out!" Romeo suggested.

We ran to the source of the explosion and saw Ur laying on the floor slightly beaten and battered along with Meredy.

"It's crime sorcerer!" I said.

"Who?" Romeo asked so cluelessly I almost tripped. I forgot he's never met them before.

"I'll explain later let's just go help them!" I said.

"Right!"

"What happened to you guys?" Romeo asked helping Meredy out of concrete while I healed Ur.

"It was-"

"So will you give us the spell now?" A voice asked.

I looked over and saw members of Raven Tail. They were wearing bandages since I'm pretty sure Laxus banged them up good. One was missing though... The crazy girl regardless didn't they get enough the first time?

"Raven tail!" I said with an angry glare.

"You've got some nerve attacking these two!" Romeo yelled.

First me now them? Is attacking girls at night there hobby or something?

"Why'd they attack you?" I asked Ultear.

"They wanted me to unlock there second origin so they could beat up fairy tail with more powerful magic but I refused"

She did all that for us? Wow she really has changed.

"Now then I think it's time you give us what we want otherwise there's gonna be more hurt to come!" The creepy one said.

This situation was bad Ultear and Meredy are out for the count and I don't think Romeo and I can take all these guys alone.

At least things couldn't get any worse.

"Ah the Fairy kids! Perfect I'll be your opponent!"

Me and my stupid thoughts.

"Ivan!" Romeo growled. He's heard more storys then I have about Laxus's despicable father.

Ultear winced in my grip.

"Hey take it easy!" I said.

"No choice then..." Ultear said raising her hand and casting a spell on Romeo.

"GAAAAAAHHHHH" A dark shadow wrapped around Romeo his second Origin markings appeared and disappeared instantly.

"What did you do?" I asked.

"I modified the second origin spell and sped up the process to make him stronger but this magic power its..." Ultear said.

3rd Person

Wendy and Ultear saw a purple shine in Romeo's eyes as if he had become possessed.

Even his breathing became more sharp, there was this demonic echo in his voice.

The members of Raven Tail observed him curiously, His skin and hair started to become,blue and lacrima like scales coated his body.

"HRR, HAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Romeo roared creating shockwaves of magic that sent chills down everyone's spine. His magic energy felt so ... Evil.

Romeo spotted Obra the one who hurt Wendy before and pounced on him instantly.

'HE'LL PAY WITH HIS BLOOD!' A voice yelled in Romeo's head.

The other Raven Tail members were in shock at how fast he moved.

'Did he teleport?' Wendy thought.

"That was spatail magic!" Meredy said.

Romeo beat Obra so brutality he left 3rd degree burns and then jumped towards Nullpuddin who quickly moved out the way.

Romeo's ground pound caused the ground to crack.

"HRAAAA!" Romeo growled glaring at Raven Tail with bloodlust in his eyes.

"This is bad we have to get away from that monster!" Nullpuddin yelled in a panic.

"Don't be a fool we can easily overwhelm him he's just a child!" Ivan yelled.

Yeah a child that was about to wreck there shit.

Purple flare shot out of Romeo's chest completely obliterating all there attacks and grabbing Ivan.

"HRAAAAAAA!" Romeo let out a massive explosion wave that knocked out Raven Tail with severe burns and blew Wendy Ur and Meredy to a wall.

"What immense power it's almost like"

"Natsus..." Wendy said in realization.

"That power is no second origin... it's something else entirely" Meredy said.

"It's like there was something hiding within him that I awakened" Ultear explained.

All these words were making Wendys worry grow by the second.

Romeo hair went back to normal as the darkness left his body and he fell unconscious.

"ROMEO!" Wendy shouted running to him with tears in her eyes.

Ultear and Meredy checked on him as well.

"He's fine he's just unconscious after letting out that much magic energy" Ultear explained. Similar to when Natsu almost fainted after his first lightning flame dragon roar.

"Why would cast such a scary spell on him!" Wendy demanded.

"It was the only choice I had!" Ultear said.

"Calm down!" Meredy said.

Romeo then groaned, and woke up sweating heavily.

"What happened?" Romeo said holding his chest "I feel like I had been possesses"

That shadow in Romeo's body escaped and took on a physical form. And the purple mark on his right arm disappeared.

Everyone took a couple steps back.

"Hahahahahaha! Oh how ironic fate can be I never thought I'd be separated from your shade I thank you Romeo Canonbolt!" He said bowing.

"Who are you! And how do you know my name?" Romeo asked.

The creepy wizard walked like a zombie to them while looking at the ground the whole time with limped arms.

"I am A.R.C, A.R.C Scorpion..." He said.

"Why Scorpion?" Romeo asked blankly.

"Because they sting" He said.

"That's seriously on the nose" Samuel said.

'This dark presence is identical to Zerefs' Ultear thought.

Romeo lit his hands with fire.

"Get back you creep!" Romeo yelled.

"What's wrong? Don't recognize your own shade? I owe much to you Romeo... " He said.

'My shade?' Romeo thought.

"What you gave to me I now return to you! A one-way ticket to oblivion!"
