Part 8 Fire & Wind

Wendy and Romeo were in the infirmary room talking about silly things like sweets and their favorite music.

"How are you feeling?" He asked still concerned for her. She was drained of her magic afterall.

"I'm getting there, I think I can use some magic now" She said raising her hand and causing wind to swirl around it.

Romeo looked at her with amazement.

"What?" Wendy asked blushing as the boy stared at her.

"Hmm..." Romeo lit his right hand with his iconic purple flames and put it right next to Wendys hand.

Wendy saw where he was going with this, wind enhances fire, afterall.

They tip of there fingers touched, they were no longer using magic they were now just holding hands subconsciously intertwining there fingers.

There faces were getting closer and closer until...

"FIRE IN THE HOLE!!"

They both jumped, someone was ambushing them!

Wendy started to cough, Romeo covered his mouth. It was knockout gas.

"What the crap!?" Romeo asked jumping up and lighting his foot with fire.

He tried to kick the ambushers but missed and was then blown away by gravity magic.

"D-Dyst?" Romeo asked himself remembering that magic.

Wendy hopped off her bed and went to go help Romeo.

"Are you ok?" She asked getting him on his feet.

"Sir She nullified the knockout gas" A goon said.

"Cheeky brat!" Ivan said angerly.

"Shikigami Torrent!" Ivan yelled assaulting the pair with a handful of puppets knocking them out. He was wearing a mask so the two didn't know who he was.

When they came to they were somewhere underground and tied up.

"How the heck did we get here?" Romeo asked.

"Dammit I can't burn the ropes!" Romeo said while squirming.

"Don't bother! Your our levrage till the games are over!" Someone said banging against the cell.

"Let us go so I can knock you silly!" Romeo yelled.

"Oh well since you asked so nicely of course!"

"Really?"

"NO!" He said before leaving.

That didn't leave much hope for the young duo and there cats.

Romeo and Wendy kept squirming but even super human and dragon strength wasn't enough to break these binds.

"There you are" Jellal said walking in.

"Jellal!" Wendy exclaimed.

"How are you here!?" Romeo asked.

"Thought projection magic, I'm in my astral form right now" He explained.

"That's so cool!" Romeo said in awe.

"Can you let us out?" Wendy asked.

"No I can't touch anything unfortunately" Jellal said.

Both there sweat dropped as if to say, what was the point.

"That's not what I wanted to hear..." Wendy said.

"Less cool" Romeo said.

Jellal smiled at how synchronized the two seemed to be.
