The only thing keeping us back is us. We are our own enemy. Some may say it's others who hurt us, but it's us who is hurting us. We let others in and let what they say have an effect on us. Some are not strong enough to not let anyone in, and they let the hate sit there and rot that person until the person can no longer handle what they think of themselves or what others think of them. The bigger people pick on the weaker man because they want to see him crumble and fall apart. Its gets so bad that the person does not even want to look in the mirror or interact with anyone, they are afraid of what they will see and they don't want anymore hatred thrown at them. Some people may say that someone wants to hurt them or hate them, but they have the power to not be hurt, they have the power to stop things. But since they are a target to people and everyone wants to tear them down, they are torn down inside and no longer feel that they have the will or right to feel good about themselves. People are cruel, but we are even worse to ourselves
