Nearly 6 months had passed and nothing had changed. The routine on the ring was much the same with everyone I'm bored. Mountain Harper attended to the algae farm, Raven was fixing whatever maintenance issue she could find with the assistance of Emori every now and then, call Murphy stay to his side of the ship. Roan did sparring every now and then with him and Clarke? Continued to isolate herself in skybox with her drawings.

Then one day that all changed when Roan had stopped her from leaving the dining table at breakfast and suggested she spare with him. Clark looked as if she wanted to argue but Raven interrupted and said that it would be a good idea for all of them to try. Monty chimed in and said it would be a good group exercise. It's been a while since everyone has been in the same room besides eating breakfast and dinner. Ever The optimist he thinks it could be fun. If only it was.

Roan pairs everyone giving tips and tricks here and there.  Raven was paired with Harper, Murphy was paired with Monty, Emori opted out, which left Clark to pair with Roan. Nearly 30 minutes into the sparring and both Murphy and Monty had had enough. Then there was Raven and Harper. Raven, no doing her best to be stable on her leg, was struggling and tiring out. She tried what she could to not give up but fighting against the restraint in her leg was more difficult than she thought it would be. Roan took notice of this immediately and not only helped her with correct position in her stance but he gave her pointers on how to use her leg as an advantage against her appointment. After a while the tables turned and it was Raven who was putting Harper down.

As time went on the group send further. Emory and Murphy left within the hour while Monty and Harper had left soon after. The only ones left work Clarke Raven and Roan. Seen as Raven doesn't have a partner she stands to the side and watches as rolling side steps Clarke wraps her arm and turns her on her back. Clarke groans loudly as she continues to lie on the ground, her eyes looking up at Roan with a glare. The grounder circles the young woman as he waits for her to stand, but she never does.

"This is pointless." She mutters under her breath.

"The great Wanheda." Roan boasts, his deep voice filling the air around them. "I thought you would be better than this."

"Shut up Roan." She grumbles. He smirks at this as he stops pacing and crosses his arms over his chest. Clarke continues to glare as she puts herself in a sitting position, almost pained as she stands and dusts off her pants.  "I'm going to my room."

Neither Roan nor Raven say anything until Clark gets near the doors. They both know she was not going to go to her room after this, there was only one place that she wanted to be and that was not here.

"Your room or your old cell?" At this she stops. Her eyes squinting as she turns back and looks at the grounder. The only explanation he gives? "We know."

"Are you spying on me now?"

"We weren't spying, Clarke." Clarke turns her head to find Raven leaning against the wall . "We're worried about you."

"Well don't. I'm fine."

"You're lying. To yourself and your friends" Roan points out, not backing down. The blonde scoffs softly as she turns her head to meet his eye, her words leaving a finality to the conversation at hand.

"I said I'm fine."

And without further discussion or statement Clarke starts to walk in the direction of the door, her strides long and determined. The only thing stopping her? Is a strong arm pulling her from behind, a strong hand gripping her forearm. She doesn't need to know who is behind her to know who is stopping her. The presence alone was enough to go on. Besides, Raven was still leaning against the doors frame, leaving the grounder himself singled out. annoyed, Clarke yanks her arm free before turning to face him, her fists balled at her side while her eyes harden.

"What do you want from me?!" She shouts, her voice echoing through the room.

"You need to face this and stop sulking."

"Sulking? Is that what you think I'm doing?" her intense gaze cracking. No longer do the embers of anger burn through her chest, but the suffocating pain of what she truly feels and has pushed down for months. "I'm grieving for gods sake! Bellamy is gone. He's dead! I left him to die and now... now I have to live with that."

"We all have to live with it, Clarke. You're not alone." Raven attempts to reason, but Clarke wants to hear none of it.

"You know, I am so sick and tired of pretending like everything is going to be okay." She mutters. "You're right. I'm not fine. But I don't have a choice but to be. I have to live knowing that I got him killed." Her eyes fall on Raven as she moves to push her words and meaning further. "It should have been me. I didn't stop him from taking the serum and we left him behind. I left him, Raven! I'm the one who-"

"Clarke he made his own choice!" Raven stops her. "That was his choice. He chose to take the nightblood serum. He wanted to  be tested. To save us. And he did."

"It only cost him his life right?" Clarke sneers. "He should have made it back in time, Raven. Something happened with the satellite and you know it. I should have been there to help him, but I didn't. Bellamy is dead and I never told him-" she cuts herself off short, her words falling into the silence that now fills the void space of the training room. "I'm not doing this."

Without another word Clarke storms out of the room and disappears into the halls of the Ring. Raven moves to follow her friend at the sound of a door slamming shut but a hand grasping her wrist gently halts her movements to a stop. The brunette looks up at him, ready to fight but he shakes his head. This wasn't something worth arguing about, not now.  Clarke needs to deal with this on her own for now. The best thing they can do is give her space.

"Let her be for now."

"And what I am suppose to do? Wait her out? She's Clarke!"

"Exactly." Roan points out as he slides his hand into hers. Raven lifts a brow at this, a teasing smirk pulling at her lips.

"Okay, Ice king," She taunts, stepping into his space. "What do you suggest I do while waiting out the very person who is known for none other than running and hiding."

"You're suppose to be a genies," he pushes, stepping forward as he corners her into a wall. Raven's breaths hitch as as his chest presses against hers. "Figure it out."

"Oh yeah? You're on."

Without warning Raven uses her good leg to hit the pit of his knees, causing the towering man to fall. Roan groans from surprise but reaches out to grab Raven before she could flee. She nearly trips with her imbalance and turns to friend the man at her feet smirking devilishly.

"You're on."
