Ragrets

You and Hitoshi made your way down the stairs and everyone had already made themselves comfortable. Mixing drinks and setting up a game of Mario Kart.

"We'll it seems everyone is doing just fine settling in. But aren't you guys tired? Or hungry?"

"We may be regretting it tomorrow but it's worth it tonight! Come on get drunk with us." Ashido shouted back at you, it sounded a little whiny. Obviously she was at least two or three shots in already.

And even though you and Hitoshi were planning to just sleep for the night after eating, you joined the group. Not entirely sure why.

"God yeah, I may regret saying it would be worth going so hard last night." Ash had just sat up from puking her guts out in the bathroom toilet for the past 5 minutes.

"I tried to tell you. That's why I stopped after everything got hot and stripping started sounding like a good idea. But I guess I do have a boyfriend who makes sure I don't flash anyone beside me, so." With that she doubled over again, you held her hair back like before and kept her some comfort.

"It's not my fault I don't have a nice partner like you. I tried, didn't you see me flirting with that guy on the flight? But all I got was his phone number and he hasn't even texted me yet!" She was delirious from how much she had taken out of her system from throwing up. But still you could tell she was legitimately hurt.

"I know hun. I know, you will find a good one soon. I just know it." She continued her bathroom floor experience.

After she was feeling better you left the bathroom to find out how everyone else was doing. Kami and Sero were just a little better than Ash, but not by much. Baku and Eijiro were sitting on the couch watching tv, looking perfectly fine. While Momo and Jirou were getting dressed to go to the store since they barely drank either.

As you made it closer to the kitchen you were greeted by Hitoshi walking through the front door.

"Got breakfast?" You noticed he was carrying multiple take out bags.

"Yep, and it has actual sustenance to help relieve the hangover for those 3." He pointed to the couch where Mina had joined Sero and Kami. The 3 stooges now just sitting there, looking half alive and dreading the rest of the day.

Until they smelled the food and came running into the kitchen like rabid dogs. Then the others joined in , but in a normal and calm manner. Spreading out between the dining room and living room, you ate in peace. Which was unheard of in your friend group but everyone was so hungry, they kept their mouths full with no room for conversation.

Afterwards everyone was thoroughly fed and in a much better mood than before. Thank god.

"Okay, now that we know no one is going to starve or commit cannibalism before Momo and Kyoka get back, let's wish Denki a happy fucking birthday!" It seemed even Denki had forgotten what today was from his reaction. Apparently the trip and the booze really got to him.

"Oh shit I'm 19 now!" A smile engrained to his face, and then shock.

"Yeah, you are. Did you seriously forget your birthday?"

"You can't say anything, you forgot your own anniversary." Ashido just had to join in and prove a point. She was right of course but it still hurt.

"Fair, but anyway what do you want to do for your birthday Denki?" You waited as he thought about it, which took longer than normal because he was obviously hungover.

"I can't believe I'm saying this, but no drinking. What about the beach? Or a club?"

"I thought you didn't want to drink?"

"We would just go to dance and shit, since we can't legally drink here anyway." You had forgotten about that, the drinking age is 21 in the U.S. technically. And it's 20 in Japan but again, no one really follows it in university.

"Okay, let's do it. Everyone be ready to party like fucking high school homecoming by 8 p.m. till then everyone do what you want." At that everyone started going their own ways.

Which included you running after a yelling Ashido saying she was going to throw up again. You had a feeling it would be a very long day ahead of you.
