Ellie is now twelve weeks into her pregnancy. She stays most of the time at Chris' house and only goes home when she needs to do some work. It's a Tuesday afternoon, in the Evans household. Ellie got a call from her grandma stating that she will be home the next day. Everything felt off and Ellie thought it was just because of the pregnancy so she stayed in bed most of the day.

Wednesday came and she's back at her grandma's house. Faye came home at noon and immediately went up to her room. Ellie was in the kitchen making lunch when Faye came back downstairs.

'Eri-chan.' She whispered.

'AMMA!' Ellie smiled and ran to her grandma to hug her. 'I've missed you.'

'I missed you too, darling.' Faye held up a box and handed it to Ellie.

'What's this?' Ellie took it and opened it. 'Rings?'

'It was your great grandma's. Those were the rings she wore to show your great grandpas her love.' Faye explained as she took the necklace chain she was wearing. 'Here hand the rings to me.' Ellie did so and Faye threaded the necklace through both rings and put it around Ellie's neck.

'Grandma, they're beautiful. Are you sure you want me to have them?' Ellie asked.

'I'm passing it down to you.' Faye hugged her.

'Why didn't you give it to dad?' Ellie asked.

'It wasn't right to give it to him. He was distant and he didn't really like your great grandpa.' Faye smiled.

'Seems like dad really didn't like anyone, anyway.' Ellie sighed. 'Come on, Amma. Let's have lunch.'

The two talked about everything that happened while Faye was gone. They also decided to prepare dinner and invite Chris so he can formally introduce himself. Seven o'clock came and Chris arrived at the house. The doorbell rang.

'Stay here, kiddo. Let me get it.' Faye walked to the front door and opened it. She stood there shocked as the man standing in her front door resembles her father.

'Hi. You must be Miss Faye.' Chris held out his hand to shake Fayes.

Faye slowly reached out and shook it, she swallowed the lump that was forming in her throat and said, 'Come in.'

'Thank you.' Chris smiled and walked in. Faye led him to the dining room where Ellie was already sat.

'Hey, babe.' Ellie smiled. Chris walked over to her and kissed her on the forehead before sitting beside her.

'Go eat.' Faye said as she sat across for the lovebirds.

Chris formally introduced himself and asked for Faye's blessing. Faye had a really good time over dinner, they then sat in the backyard and drank tea.

'You know, Chris. You really do look like my dad when he was young.' Faye sipped on her tea.

'Here amma, the photo album that you asked for.' Ellie handed it to her and sat beside Chris.

'Here, look at this.' She passed the picture to Ellie and Chris, 'That's my mom and dad. They loved each other so much and was inseparable.'

'Oh wow. He really looks like you.' Ellie looked up at Chris who's shocked by the resemblance.

Faye handed Ellie another picture.

Ellie whispered, 'Sebastian...'

'That's mom and papa when we first went to the beach as a family.' Faye got teary eyed remembering that day. Chris handed both the pictures back to Faye who then put the album away.
