Hono POV

"Kakashi at point A, over"

"Sasuke at point B hn, over"

"Sakura at point C, over"

"Hono at point- Naruto what are you doing now!"

Naruto rushes out of his spot once he sees our target. He fight with the cat earning scratches before the cat leaps into my arms and hisses at him. "Identification ribbon on ear?" Kakashi-sensei walks over "Affirmative!" Naruto yells glaring at the cat in my arms.

"Oh Tora my little fuzzy wuzzy-kins I am so glad you're back," the robust woman chants while squeezing the life out of our target- a cat. "Operation find Tora: missing pet complete," Kakashi says as the lady sourly hands him money.

"Anyway, your next mission is babysitting a councilmen's three year old, weeding a garden or-," Oji-sama started "nononono!," NAruto calls out with his arms in an x shape. "Why can't we get a real mission. These have been chores" Suddenly Iruka "Quiet Naruto! You are only a genin so you will get lower rank missions," he shouts. I hold my ears not sure how that voice came out of that guy.

"I suppose Naruto is right. I will assign you a c rank mission. You will be escorting someone to the land of waves," Oji-sama continues. "Ooo are we escorting a princess or a feudal lord?" Naruto questions. As he says this the door opens and the smell of alcohol wafts into the room. "These brats are going to protect me?" he slurs. "This is Tazuna., a bridge builder," Oji-sama says.

"What's up with that short guy with the weird look on his face," he calls out. We all line up to see our height. Sasuke is the tallest followed by Sakura then Naruto and lastly me. "Haha Hono he's talking about you," Naruto laughs. "Not a 'he'. He's talking about you," I explain. Naruto turns towards the bridge builder with murder in his eyes. "I'M GONNA DEMOLISH YOU!"

"Naruto we aren't supposed to demolish the client. That's counterproductive," I hold him back by the back of his collar. "Well alright then you guys pack and meet me at the gates in fifteen minutes, " Kakashi-sensei commands. "Hai," we all reply.

I run to my apartment closely followed by Naruto. So apparently my apartment is by his. This is new to me. I unlock me apartment and grab my bag. I pack some extra clothes, soap, and food. And for weapons I fill my holster with senbon needles, kunai, and shurikan. Since we are going to foreign territory we're more likely to get attacked even if it is just a c rank. I strap my two twin daggers on my thighs and a kantana across my back. With that, I leave my apartment after locking up.

When I arrive at the gates everyone was already there. "Were you waiting long?" I ask. "No, Kakashi sensei just showed up with Tazuna anyway," shrugged Sakura.

Time skip

We walk towards the land of waves on a dirt road. As I was walking, I noticed a puddle. That's weird it hasn't rained in weeks unless.... I think in my mind. I give a harsh look to Kakashi hoping he notices. He looks back at me as if saying I see it too.

Out of now where two chains wrap themselves around Kakashi and rip him in to pieces. "Sensei!" my team calls out. "One down three to go!," One of the rouges say. I notice what Kakshi is planning. I step out of the way and both rouge run to attack Tazuna. Naruto draws his kunai in attempt to defend him and Tazuna. One of the poisoned blades pierce his hand. Then the rogues get yanked back by their own chain weapons by none other than Kakshi. The slam into a nearby tree and the chains trap them. We all turn to Kakashi "Sensei, you're okay!" they cry out happily. "Yo," he casually acknowledges.

IF you were fine then why didn't you help them?" Tazuna asks suspiciously. "Yeah, Kakashi sensei!," Naruto echos. "I had to see who they were after. Whether it was you our us" Tazuna looks away in guilt. 'So you did know this would happen didn't you," I question Tazuna. "Yeah, Yeah I get it. I was wrong to file it under a c rank," He sweats. "Your village couldn't afford a b rank let alone an a rank, is that correct?" I ask. He turns to me astonished "How did you know?"
