Lights and colors
Colors of all tunes,
Lights of all flavors,
The saving graces of the ruler
Like fine cheese, the rat will feast to satisfy it's attention

Colors you recite to reset your tone,
Lights you imagine to preserve the throne,
the throne of thorns and of sand
The throne on which you neither sit nor dance upon
The throne that is your lukewarm resting place of the mind

The lights warm the soul
The colors entertain the senses
The two combine to settle within the corners of the library
Only used when is necessary
Only called upon when the kingdom is close to ruin

Lights and colors, always will be the saving grace of the foolish king who sleeps lazily on his throne,
Trying to escape the weight of the crown that is his own mind

Lights and colors, always will be the saving grace of the foolish king who sleeps lazily on his throne, Trying to escape the weight of the crown that is his own mind
