It was late. Really late. And you were drunk.
"Y-Yata!" You slurred, clinging onto your boyfriend as he carried you the apartment you shared.
"Shhh!" He scolded, his arms hooked under your knees so that you wouldn't slip from your position on his back as he skateboarded you both home. "What?"
"I-I-I...."
"Yes?" He encouraged, his lips twitching upwards as you struggled to speak in your drunken state.
"I-I, dammit, I'm s-so horny right no-now." You finally jumbled out, doing your best to keep your voice as seductive as possible, despite your current state. Yata's face turned as red as Mikoto's hair and he nearly dropped you in surprise.
"HUH?!"
Giggling, you reached up to poke his cheek. "You're so cu-cute, Mi-sa-kiiiiiiiiiii."
Yata let his first name slide, because it was you and you were drunk out of your mind. He would have let it slide for you anyway, though. You were the only one beside's Anna and Mikoto who could call him by his first name and not get the shit kicked out of them.
"Sh-shut up." He mumbled, though there was no anger behind it. In all honesty, he thought you were very amusing and an adorable drunk. When you had first left the bar, you were under the impression that you had suddenly gained the ability to fly and had jumped up onto a bench, then dived off. Yata had caught you before you could hurt yourself, of course.
"Can we get ice cream?" You asked suddenly, your glazed eyes glancing around for the ice cream shop. "Pleeeaaassseeee?"
Yata raised an eyebrow, glancing at you over his shoulder. "It's 2:00am. The ice cream shop is closed."
You pouted, resting your chin on his shoulder. "Aw."
Snickering, Yata hiked you back up on his back as you slipped a bit. "We'll get some tomorrow, that is, if you're in the mood. You're going to be so fucking hungover tomorrow."
You simply buried your face in his neck in reply, feeling tired suddenly. Yata's cheeks heated up once more, but the smile on his was obvious. A turn around a corner and one more block later, Yata came to a stop in front of the apartment building.
Stepping off his skateboard and skillfully kicking it up into his left hand while still holding you up, Yata began the climb up the stairs that lead to the apartment. "Hold on tight, y/n."
You hummed against the skin of his neck and gave a little nod, letting him know that you had understood him despite how drunk you were. He felt your arms and legs tighten around him and continued up the stairs, dropping his board onto the platform once he reached it and then crouching down. "We're here, y/n."
You slipped off his back and swayed a bit, so Yata backed you up into the wall next to the door of the apartment, making sure you wouldn't stumble towards the stairs. "Stay there. I don't need you falling down the stairs and breaking your neck."
"M'kay." You smiled up at him. Yata may have been the shortest of the Homra men, but he still hovered over you by a few inches. Something he was quite happy about.
Once he had placed his board inside and against the wall, he grabbed your hand and led you inside, shutting the door behind him with his foot as he lifted you up bridal style, seeing as you looked just about ready to fall over.
Carrying you to the bedroom, he placed you gently on the bed and untied your shoes, pulling them off for you. You grinned tiredly up at your boyfriend as he did so, nearly squealing at how cute he was.
