You grunted as you struggled against the rope that had tied your hands behind your back.
"Can you burn it?" Anna asked quietly from beside you, her voice fearful.
You sighed, banging your head back against the wall behind you. "No," You admitted. "I can't. Whatever they injected us with has completely numbed my aura."
Anna bit her lip, looking down as reality set in. The two of you had been enjoying a nice day out, getting ice cream and just having a good time away from the boys for a while. You had gone to the bathroom to clean up and the next thing you knew, a gag was being forced into your mouth as someone injected a needle into your neck, another man doing the same to Anna.
The two of you had passed out and woken up in a small room, tied and locked in. You'd already tried to stand, but it was impossible with how tight they'd tied your legs together.
"Fuck," You groaned in frustration, banging your head once more. You noticed the fearful look on Anna's face worsen and immediately shifted towards her. "Hey, don't worry Anna, we're going to be fine." You reassured her. "Mikoto and they guys are coming for us. My phone is on, remember? They can hear everything. They're coming."
Anna looked up at you. "But what if those men come back?"
You eyes hardened with determination as you looked at the younger female. "They won't touch you. I swear to God Anna, I won't let them hurt you."
Despite being tied and having no powers at the moment, Anna knew by the look in your eyes, that if those men so much as breathed in her direction, you'd kill them. Somehow, you'd keep her safe. You always did.
Nodding, Anna scooted closer to you and rested her head on your shoulder. You twisted your head to kiss her on top of her head, resting your cheek against the top of her head.
"Hurry up and get here soon, guys," You said quietly, but loud enough so that the boys would hear you through the phone that was currently in the back pocket of your jeans. "These ropes are awfully annoying."
"They can hear us right?" Anna asked.
"Yeah, and I know they're happy to hear your voice," You told her, feeling her relax a bit more against you. "Right, guys?"
You could imagine them all yelling into the phone at once, though you and Anna couldn't hear anything on your end.
"Mikoto," Anna said, her voice small and light as ever. "Please hurry."
Sudden footsteps outside the room then caught your attention and had you sitting up straight, Anna tensing beside you. "Oh no," She whispered fearfully. You rubbed your arm against her's in a calming manner, though your heart had started to pound too.
The door unlocked then and a figure entered the room, the malice clear in his eyes. You immediately settled your death glare on him, trying to burn a hole through his head.
