13. "This is how our doll likes it"

Joonas was not sure about the reason but he had to open a bottle of beer after what happened previously in his bedroom.

He made himself comfortable on the couch, which he was going to spend the night on and started sipping on his Heineken. After Valeria worked her magic on him and making him feel asleep in the studio, and then spending time with him, it was the very first moment he remembered about the reason why he has been mad and restless for two days. That was when he decided to grab his phone and start to read the chat he had two days ago again.

emogirl02: damn

emogirl02: would you stop talking about her for a second?

joonasbc: oh my god

joonasbc: i am sorry

joonasbc: did i annoy you too much?

emogirl02: yeah a bit

emogirl02: you can keep talking about her but

emogirl02: first i have to tell you about something

joonasbc: oh what is it?

emogirl02: i am actually dating someone too recently

emogirl02: joonas?

emogirl02: why are you seeing but not answering?

joonasbc: ok wow

joonasbc: i just

joonasbc: i was shocked for a moment

emogirl02: yeah

emogirl02: i just had to tell you

joonasbc: well i am happy for you

joonasbc: and thanks for telling me about it

joonasbc: who is that guy

joonasbc: do we know?

emogirl02: no i do not think so

emogirl02: it is just a guy

emogirl02: but he is really cute

emogirl02: and he cares for me

joonasbc: that is nice to hear, emogirl :)

With that chat they had that night, she really pointed out the fact that they were nothing more than friends. Even if it was not something they would think at the beginning.

Many people around him, especially Tommi, told him that it was weird and Joonas himself, thought that it was weird but he still had somewhat a crush on her. He also knew that without seeing someone for even once or not knowing what they are like in the real life, you can't just get feelings for them. And she had no itention to show him if she is just a sign that Joonas had schizophrenia or if she really is a real person.

That was when Joonas came to the realization that it was the best to let her go. Even if it was not the reason emogirl told it all to him, he just figured out that it would hurt him even more to hold on to her. Plus, he had someone else that makes him excited whenever he thinks about her.

Joonas was too busy, reading their chat with emogirl and drinking his beer he nearly choked when Valeria suddenly poked her head out of the room.

"Still awake?"

Putting his phone and his bottle on the coffee table, he turned his gaze to her and started to think again about what he did in life to deserve to see such beauty in his house tonight.
